Warmool should be in pet acessories - would heat up a doghouse nicely ! Got fooled by overwhelming fake news subsidised reviews - didnt see Trust Pilot or Digital Spy ! My 1949 Hecla radiator on 1 bar produced 22 degrees @ 1.5 m - Warmool produced 18 degrees ! Tiny noisy heater for b ----- all heat ! Have got rid of it !

This heater needs to be taken off the market as a defect. We bought 2. First one melted into the power outlet. We sent it back and they sent a replacement. The second caused a power shortage. After reading many reviews since, I am shocked that this is still on the market. DANGEROUS PRODUCT!

1 cord too short
2. Three prong plug upside down and keeps pulling itself out of the outlet. Must be supported vertically to stay in outlet
3. Took 2 hours to barely take chill off 15'x18' bedroom

Just got it today with hopes it would make heating my lounge affordable.Tried it in the bathroom first but didn't heat the room much in fact the air blasting from it made me cold so no hopes it will work in a larger room,very disappointed.

I received my heater and attempted to turn it on and the plug did not work at all.....
I am an 80 year old pensioner and was so disappointed as every dollar counts.
Do not be tempted to buy this heater.

I just received the warmool heater, was excited to turn it on and have a little heat while I did some pilates. Firstly couldn't turn it on, held the button down and it finally started working then lifted it to make sure it turned off and now can not torn it on. Useless, I should have known, I feel like an idiot. Did anyone get their money back? I will definitely read check this site out before I purchase anything again. Thanks

This product nearly burnt our house down! Adaptor plug melted and tripped our electricity within a few minutes! Nasty, dangerous product. Company offered me a replacement product but no refund! Complete waste of over $90. Very disappointed! Don't buy this cheap, nasty heater. I thought I had done my research because this product gets such rave reviews. Wish I had checked Trustpilot first!!

DANGEROUS. Terrible. Melted plug. It could not possibly be Australian compliant. 3hrs of use and had to throw them out. Yes, I bought 3, 2 of them melted the plugs and the prongs are stuck in the power outlet. The third I didn't bother to try out. What a rip off. DANGEROUS.

So glad I read these reviews. It sounded like an impossible feat and sounds like it’s a dodgy cheaply made dangerous product not made for the Australian consumer and power

the adaptive plug is loose and the heater conked off after a few days use. Affected our house electricity too! Luckily, the house circuit popped out.
I'd noticed in Maintenance Regulation no.3 says: This product is only suitable for consumption in Chinese mainland. We are in Australia and the Warmool ad was in Australia news!! Bought online May 02,2023 and arrived 3 weeks after.

The heater cooked the power plug adapter within its 2nd use. Very dangerous. Does not live up to its hype. I didn’t realise this product was shipped from O/S so difficult to return etc

Thank you trust pilot. Was looking for a desk heater & after reading all these seriously negative reviews, I have avoided purchasing for a dodgy cam operation selling an inferior and dangerous product. Can see this product causing house fires in the future

1. The adaptor for Australian power outlets is so loose it keeps falling out of the socket;
2. the heat they claim it capable of is greatly exaggerated and does not warrant the price, even when supposedly 'discounted'. It is a tiny machine with very little power to project the small amount of heat it produces;
3. It stopped working after approximately 4 times I used it, for about 10mins. When it stopped it ended with a disturbing electrical burn smell.
4. In reporting the fault and requesting a refund 'customer support' then insisted I email them a video to show them the 'defect' so that they could 'help' me. I think this is a strategy to make people give up so they can avoid refunds.
I don't think this product meets Australian safety standards. It should be banned.

Don't buy this appliance!!! It is a very dangerous heater. Plug melted into outlet breaking one prong and power outlet is ruined. Have sent manufacturers my grievances...along with pictures to prove what occurred..no help at all. $89 AUS for a dangerous piece of crap appliance!!!!

Terrible. Do not buy. Cheap and flimsy. Broke after three uses and would not refund even though after sending a video they confirmed was defective. Also, the wattage isn't that low so extremely expensive for what you are paying for

It’s not silent. It doesn’t warn at all. The reviews are made up. The plug doesn’t work properly.

Well,I would just like to say thanks to everyone who wrote reviews on this marvellous heater NOT! I was just about to order one,when I couldn’t find any energy rating,so I decided to look at reviews on trustpilot and luckily I did,I definitely won’t be ordering a heater off these scammers!

I was given this as a present and it’s great heat’s my room very quickly saves me money so what more can I ask for .

Oh my gosh - be careful!!! Never leave the room when this is running. I received my order 2 weeks ago after reading so many magnificent reviews. I had it on my desk today and it just stopped working. I looked to see why and the plug had melted and one prong was stuck in the lead. Excessively hot to touch and melted. I would love to add photos but there is no option. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. They have bit taken my concerns seriously.
