Great service with an okay customer handling.

We procured a service from Warmy.
The discovery call was insightful but also over-promising by the team, based on the services they said would provide and benefits we'd receive.
Later, we had to tone down our expectations.
The services/products were good. Working as supposed.
But setting client expectations was a little trouble.

Easy to setup - difficult to cancel

Warmy is easy to set up & use, and the customer support is really good. They're attentive, fast to respond and resolve issues quickly.

The good: Ease of setup, customer support, provides good warmup, plethora of useful free tools

The bad: Not clear pricing, you gotta click a lot in order to find out whats the pricing for the plan you'd like. Once you cancel, you cannot do it by yourself, you gotta chat with them. Then, as it is tradition, you go through the usual process of them trying to keep you. I understand the logic behind it but it's just terrible practice. I'm just sad one of my favorite email tools is such a bother to cancel (I cancel subscriptions based on how many clients I'm working on)

Absolutely avoid

Absolutely avoid. They allow you to start a subscription very easily, but just like several other deceptive companies running a subscription model, you have to fill out a form to cancel.

It is not possible to cancel the subscription both within their app and Stripe.

Their AI is equally useless and there is no way to speak to another human for help.

Solved my problem

A lot of tools out there have "inbox warming" integrated into their outreach features. But honestly this is one step further. I haven't had deliverability problems since I started using it.

Made my score WORSE

I used them for 3 months, and it actually made my email deliverability WORSE. I have no idea how, but they did it. I had to go hire someone on Upwork to fix what they did. I highly recommend doing that instead of using Warmy.

Warmy saved my email business.

I loved their service and the person that is my rep. I had issues with Gmail and warmy help me resolved them. Plus I continued to use them to help with ISPs. I also did 3 URL warm-ups with them the service works. I recommended and will continue to use them.

Mixed Experience, Good but Not Great

I started using Warmy.io to warm up a couple of Gmail accounts and at first it seemed useful. Setup was straightforward and inbox placement improved slightly after a few weeks. However, the analytics felt limited and I couldn’t get deep insights into deliverability. For the price, I expected more flexibility. It works, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations.

It's fine not amazing

It's... okay. It does seem to help, and I haven't had any major problems. But for the cost, I guess I expected something more 'wow.' The interface is a little too basic for my taste, and sometimes I wonder if it's actually doing anything or just running quietly. I’ll probably keep using it for now because deliverability is crucial, but I’m not blown away.

Great but pricey to scale

Really great service overall! My inbox placement is definitely better than before I started. The interface is clean and easy to use. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price jump when you need more senders—it can get a bit steep for a solo entrepreneur like myself. But the core functionality is excellent and it works as advertised.

Okay for beginners needs refinement

Warmy covers the basics well and helped my emails move out of spam. That said, I had some trouble with Outlook accounts and the warm-up felt slow at times. Support was polite but responses weren’t always quick. It’s decent for beginners, but power users may want more advanced controls.

I had a disappointing experience with…

I had a disappointing experience with Warmy.io during their hiring process. After passing the first interview with recruiter Vitalina and completing the second technical interview with Tania, I never received any feedback — despite following up. Instead, I later found out that the vacancy was closed.

A lack of communication and transparency, especially after multiple interview rounds, shows little respect for candidates’ time and effort. Even a short update would have made the process more professional.

Overall, this was a negative experience, and I would not recommend engaging with their recruitment process.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand your frustration, but we’d like to clarify that the hiring process, especially during the holiday season, can take a bit longer than usual. Our recruiter was out of the office, and you would have received a response the next business day.

As for the job posting, it was not closed, and sometimes listings are incorrectly marked as such on external sites. We always aim to communicate with candidates after interviews, and we're sorry that this wasn’t the case in your situation.

Your interview process lasted only 5 days, and while we understand it might feel slow, this is a normal part of the process, especially when we're considering multiple candidates. We hope you can appreciate that.

Solid tool for email deliverability, but customer support can be slow

Warmy definitely improved my email deliverability. My emails are now landing where they should, and it’s made a huge difference in my outreach. However, I did experience some slow responses from customer support when I had questions, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, a solid tool, but support could be faster.

I’ve seen good results with warmy’s

I’ve seen good results with warmy’s email warm-up and Seed List features. My emails are landing in inboxes more consistently now, but it’s a bit pricey for a small business like mine. If you have the budget, it’s definitely worth the investment.
