From order to install we are very happy with the service. The main thing i will say is that the communication has been fantastic! Our installer Kevin was polite, friendly, clean and tidy. He did a great job!

The plumber was polite, efficient & on time.
The courier arrived with the boiler, an hour after the plumber was ready. Told to expect from 7.30am, but arrived about 11.00am.

They turned up on time were polite courteous and professional very careful around the areas that they were working very good installation minimum fast minimum mass very polite would use again

Engineer, Kevin McGlynn, turned up exactly when scheduled and was extremely helpful and friendly. Old boiler removed and new one fitted in a very short period of time, and with an extremely high standard of workmanship. New system and controls fully explained, and all waste removed and tidied up.
Would highly recommended WarmZilla, and Kevin, for their efficiency and standards of workmanship.

I've requested a Warmzilla quote after local plumbers were giving me quotes for a new boiler at way higher prices. Paul was sent out to my property in Aberdeen, and he was really professional and friendly. He was done with the whole thing in a day.
I can't speak of the aftercare, but so far my experience with this company has been excellent.

Turned up on time and did a great job fitting it in a very quick time. Clean job, nothing left, no mess, explained everything on how to operate and great value for money. Now have hot water on demand instead of an inefficient boiler and tank.

Joined WZ just under 9 months. I decided to contact them about my boiler service which is included in my package. Considering I contact the 2 months ago about this via WhatsApp email and online chat. There incompetence exceeds their service.
Still waiting for a reply: after being told on the last two contact occasions that they will get back to me
...WHEN???
However, someone did text me at 23.30 one evening asking if I'd be in the next day.. I responded the next day to say I would, they responded saying they had already passed by...who texts at 23.30 from a reputable gas service company.??? to ask such info from a customer.
They didn't even answered my most important question as to what company they were from. Only that they were asked by WM to do a service.
I checked with WZ and NOT even they know who this dickens this person is..what the hell!
Now waiting AGAIN for WM to reply and sort out who will be attending my boiler service.
Pathetic!
So sorry I joined WZ.

WarmZilla’s customer service is, I would say one of the best. Whether email or phone or via whatsapp, they respond quickly and give you quality customer service. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They check in with you before and after and are not pushy when it comes to selling. They sent out a good engineer who knew what he was doing, and with good experience. Im really glad I went with them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (hopefully I wont have to with a new boiler now haha).

Purchased a boiler and went through finance. Waited nearly two weeks then one working day before installation I was told they don't cover my country.
They could've easily told me this at the start

Arrangement of new boiler was prompt with good communication from WarmZilla throughout. Boiler engineer chosen was to a high standard with everything sorted out and explained in good time.
Follow up call after the installation was good with any question properly answered.
A pleasure to work with from start to finish.
