We recently bought a house in North Salt Lake City. The house, built in the 1990’s in a contemporary style, hasn’t had much work done since. The one thing that stuck out was the resolutely early American oak handrail in an otherwise NOT early American house.

I contacted Watsatch Railing and immediately Miguel reached out to me to set an appointment. He came out on time, very was very pleasant, took measurements, offered options of styles and installation options, and gave me a price in the spot. I appreciated the professional efficiency of this.

He returned with Jaime who did the critical measurements and then, in just 10 days, they called to do the installation. Jeffrey and Roberto showed up as promised and installed the handrail and the metal coding we wanted at the base. Their attention to detail and wanting to do the job right rather than just now was apparent. They took part of the railings back to perfect an angle so it would fit perfectly and to re-sand and repaint one support because it had an imperfection. Most people would have slapped it up and left, but they took a lot of pride in their work and it shows.

This was a great experience - so much so that we are considering using them to create an outdoor stairway. So not just a five star recommendation, but a client who already wants to use their service again.
