We have been using the Waste Logics platform for 5 years now and cannot praise it enough. We previously used a paper based system which was a nightmare with the amount of lorries we were running in our fleet.

Wastelogics has rapidly reduced time spent on paperwork, the web based platform is easy to use and helps manage are fleet in real time. Setting up customers, booking jobs on and invoicing are so quick and easy, it gives staff time to focus on future planning.

We moved to Waste Logics to bring our skip hire, trade waste and brokerage operations into one system, and it’s made a real difference to the way we run the business. Previously, reporting and credit control were spread across multiple systems and spreadsheets. We now have a single source of truth, with clear visibility across operations, fleet performance and profitability. Having reliable data available every day has helped us make better decisions across the business.

Compared to our previous system, Waste Logics is far stronger on data and validation. It manages the detail so well and forces jobs to be put on correctly, which has made a huge difference operationally. I’d say around 95% of the errors we used to see disappeared almost overnight. What I like most is that it wraps itself around how we actually operate as a waste business.

Throughout our time using Waste logics we have found the system to be very user-friendly and the system has been an asset to waste business.
