Watch Boutique Avis 

My online experience was really bad. It took 24 hours for them to confirm payment received. This was an urgent item and I phoned first to confirm if this item will be received on time. Assurance was given by Celeste that I will receive the item yesterday, then another mail said this morning. It is afternoon and when tracking the item it states failed collection! Impossible to call because the phone gets dropped all the time. First time doing business with them but it is not a pleasant experience.

Just sold my Rolex Sea Dweller to Ben,
Was a bit wary about meeting a stranger in a hotel lobby whilst wearing an expensive watch and carrying the box and papers,upon meeting Ben it was obvious by the way he examined the watch he has great knowledge and expertise he explained the valuation to me showed me the minor faults that I was unaware of ( but they were there) and we agreed a price and he paid me instantly.A genuine nice guy who was really honest and trustworthy!!
Overall a good experience and felt much better than posting off your watch to a stranger who can’t show you in person the condition of the watch.
