I sent my Omega for a free estimate to have cleaned and oiled. The watch had been working fine for years and slowed so I wanted cleaned. The owner sent me an estimate for over $1k and advised that the watch had missing screws etc. BASED UPON THESE LIES -I asked that the watch be returned immediately. He refused and I now need to take action to get my stolen / for ransom watch back from this business.

After a long research I chose to use Watch Repair for my Tag watch. I received my watch back after a period of time. While they did a great job polishing my case and band I did have a problem with my Tag. I contacted Watch Repair and right away I received a call and a quick response to have my watch returned to see what the problem was and repair it. I now have my watch back and after 5 days my watch is repaired and is keeping perfect time! The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star rating was due to strictly the time it took to repair my watch. SWR brought my old Seamaster back to life. It looks like new and runs perfectly. Took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but Jeff was very helpful and informative. He clearly cares about his customers.

Sent Speedmaster in for service. Second transaction with company. I also asked that a single link be removed from the bracelet. What I failed to do was state that I wanted the link RETURNED! We all know this is required even if unstated. It goes to the value, complete set, etc. We all know this.

Yet, not link returned and zero communication from Jeff, beyond, "I will look into it."

Watch Repair . Net made the process of getting my Rolex Submariner overhauled and bracelet fixed a breeze. I spoke at length with the owner (Jeff Herman) and one of his associates (Mark) before permitting them to do the work. The communication was timely, truthful and straightforward. Mark was spot on with the amount of time needed to complete the process. Their people skills, knowledge and process were outstanding. I felt I actually knew them when the overhaul was over. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. I thought their pricing was extremely fair and their ability to deliver what they professed excellent. I surely will use them in the future.

I wanted to share my experience with watchrepair.net, and conversations I’ve had with Jeff Herman, the owner. It turned out to be a great experience. I sent my watch securely. I was given a quote to repair it. It was repaired within the designated time and shipped back securely in excellent condition. I had taken my watch to a local jeweler who completely ruined it. When I got it back. It was in two pieces had missing screws and needed a minute pinion. The cap was broken off. I tried other jewelers locally who wouldn’t touch it. I sent it to Rolex, they wouldn’t touch it. Jeff did an excellent job. His team communicated well. I had real trust issues in the beginning but now I’m a fan thank you Jeff and watch repair team.

I contacted them via their webpage about an Omega planet ocean chronograph repair. They charged my card for to and from shipping and told me that they would send a pelican case to ship it to them. The case never arrived and after 3 months of waiting they called asking for credit card info so they could ship a pelican case to me. I declined. Today (3 months later). They are charging my card again for shipping. I am now involved in a transaction dispute with them for their fraud. No way, am I going to send a $13,000 watch to them if they can't get billing correct for 3 months, then double charge me without consent. If you can't get THAT right, what the h3ll are you going to do to my watch, let alone will it even be MY watch when I get it back? Even then, THAT is considering that I would even get it back ever.

As a new customer I was initially concerned about the company and felt it important to do some investigation prior to sending off the watch.

I first reviewed their online videos. After that I spoke with Jeff. My conversation with Jeff validated the videos, process, and reliability; I felt better about my choice. My decision was made, and I sent off the watch.

Jeff kept me informed of the repair status throughout the process. The pricing never changed from the initial estimate save for a replacement dial I elected to add. The watch came back looking terrific.

Jeff and team are very professional. I will recommend them to several friends who are Rolex owners and look forward to additional business.

Very satisfied with the service. Better shipping security that the Rolex Service Center in Texas. Fully explained the what and why of needed repairs, provided estimate of costs and time required. No hidden costs or surprises. Same warranty as Rolex but end item repaired price estimate $400 or more less than Rolex. My Rolex submariner is like new, not a scratch, and timing exact. Returned with tracker insuring receipt, all inclusive of the original estimate. I would recommend this company.

I have a 30-year-old Submariner that was in need to repair. I sent it to Jeff and the communication was excellent. The price was fantastic (about half of what Rolex wanted). More importantly the quality of the service was out of this world and unlike Rolex it comes with a year warranty. If I am alive when it comes time for the next service Jeff’s company will be doing it. I can’t recommend enough
