This was my first time buying a watch from Watch This Source. I could not recommend these guys enough, it was an impeccable service. There was an issue with the postage of the watch (entirely due to a Royal Mail mix-up), but James handled it incredibly well, he would respond to my messages instantly and when he felt I was getting worried or frustrated with the delivery he called me to reassure me that it will be sorted. I would definitely recommend them and would myself buy with them again!

This was the first time using 'Watch this Source' therefore a little apprehensive but I had nothing to fear. Nathan returned my call very quickly & provided me with excellent information on the watch I was interested in. My experience when viewing the watch was professional & knowledgeable. Before leaving with my purchase it would have been nice if they had offered to set up the watch to show the correct date, time etc. as my purchase was for a birthday gift. I would definitely recommend this company & would use them again without hesitation.

We do apologise regarding the time/date setting! This is usually standard protocol for us but with the watch being a gift for some time away and it being automatic, it would have lost its time in that period or no movement.

James answered the phone on Sunday and was more than happy to discuss all details of the watch which I consequently bought. It was then delivered in secure packaging and was exactly as detailed at an excellent price. What more could I ask for!!

Unreal Service! I’ve followed the company for a while and finally took the plunge to buy my first decent brand watch. After spotting the watch I wanted in the official store, I contacted Watch this source to find it. Within 3 days it was sourced and on my wrist for a fraction of the price at retail. Excellent reliable service!
I was looking to sell an unworn Tudor watch and I had had dealt with some really unhelpful other traders during this process. I found Nathan’s details online and the communication was great. We agreed on a price which I was really happy with and James even collected the watch that evening and transferred the funds!
All the head ache taken out of the sale in less than 12 hours.
These guys will be my go-to for watches.
