Made catching up on our favourite tv really easy

Works as advertised, no problem. I suspect most people giving one-star reviews have simply been unable to follow the instructions. (Not difficult for people born in the last 50 years or so, but i expect my 75 year old mum might need some help, as it is a little bit of a faff to set up. But clear instructions, so you cannot really go wrong.) Note that if you live outside of the uk you will not be able to download neither the itv app nor any of the other tv apps even with the vpn (because they still know which country you are registered to in the app store, and you cannot switch country in the google play store more than once a year). This is not a problem though, as you can stream the channels in your web browser without the apps. If you are using a phone or tablet to watch itv you need to choose "desktop view" or else they will insist you download the app - which you can't do if you don't live in the uk. Iplayer and channel 4 works on phone without having to do this. If you already have the uk tv apps on your phone, i am sure it is even easier. I am pleased to watch uk tv here in norway anyway:)

Couldn’t get it to work so a waste of time and money

Couldn't even use it, didn't work and was no way to contact for help. Totally wasted the money, didn't get to watch one show

If you are a pensioner and all this technical stuff is a bit much for you then WTOH is for you. The guides are very clear and easy to follow but I hadn't appreciated what device I was on so needless to say I struggled hooking up and had to ask for help . The response time is really quick and I was very grateful for all the patience shown to me. I may have caused Stephen the technical support guru to have a
breakdown but I am now all hooked up and set to go to enjoy Uk TV on my winter sun holiday .

Excellent way to watch TV (six nations) while on holiday in Egypt. Quite easy to set up and worked a dream. Will definitely use again.

The bbc have blocked vpn so could not get on to the iplayer or for that mater itvx

Once you have it set up it’s great and really easy to use. Connected quickly to ITVX and iplayer. Very reasonable cost at £5 for the week.
The set up is a bit of a faff so I’d suggest writing down the password and url from the set up email as switching between emails, internet and app on a phone is a faff! Overall though great. Highly recommended

Recently spent a number of holiday days in the hotel room ill & it saved us from cabin fever. Quick & easy to set up & allowed us to stream from iPlayer, ITVx & Netflix over hotel WiFi. There are lots of free VPNs around but the £5 was worth it for the ease of use & no ads

Absolutely fantastic support when I couldn’t work out how to use this app. Messages were responded to within minutes and it was soon up and running. Was able to watch BBC iPlayer perfectly. A few hiccups watching live tv (rugby World Cup in NZ) but it could have been the wifi and overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely use this again.

This was my third year of using this service, i had a little trouble with connecting this time but i think it was my own fault, the help i had soon sorted it out.
