Good product Poor delivery again
Good product, rapid delivery, received in good order. Very efficient BUT you used DPD to deliver it. The delivery person did not follow my instructions. I instructed for delivery to my front door. I live on the 3rd floor of a block of flats. Mr Lazy buzzed my flat from the building entrance, to let him in and he left the 24kg parcel in the foyer without saying a word. I'm getting on in years and have a bad back. I had to pay £5 to a younger guy in my building to bring it upstairs. Laid a complaint with DPD and never heard a word in response {NOTE: See your response to me in August 2023. Maybe time to change your outsourced delivery service provider}

Salt blocks for water-softener ordered 25/12/ 2024, delivered Saturday 28/12/2024. I expected delivery 0n 30/12/2024 or the next day, so was impressed by the speed & efficiency of the service.

Great price for the salt and delivered to my door. Highly recommended. The salt is also of a much better quality than Harveys and seems to last longer. Will use again for sure!
