I took my son to Hungerford Primary School for his lessons, we’ve recently moved but we’re continuing Water Babies in the new location as so far it’s been great.

The program is good, the facilities are too, but I can’t promote enough how wonderful the teacher Jackie is. She absolutely made the classes. My son loved her and she devoted individual care and attention to each of the babies, demonstrating patience, kindness and humour into the classes. She runs the classes brilliantly, being friendly to the children without overstepping, and she’s the reason we kept going back. We didn’t want to leave!

£79 for 4 weeks is a ridiculous price. How can you justify charging that for a few 30 min sessions with a baby.

It’s impossible to get the sessions booked for London- SE or East locations. On the website it’s shown availability when I request to book I am always added to wait list and I have been waiting since June 2024 never got a single session. Neither understand the criteria for wait list. Baby is 2.5 years now and almost two years of wait. It’s insane.

Sophie loves the class and the teacher and she is now much more confident in the water.

Lessons are well paced and staff are lovely.

Water babies has been great for both my kids. Very friendly swimming teachers and a great and supportive admin staff too. Thanks for all your hard work.

We've enjoyed our swimming lessons since starting when our son was about 8 months old. The lessons and engaging but also focus on safety. Would highly recommend.

We love water babies. Lucie is our instructor and lots of fun each week. She’s so enthusiastic and makes each class fun. We’ve been doing lessons since my son was 3 months old (and he’s now 20 months). Essential part of our week.

H was a very nervous 12month baby. She was the oldest in the baby class. It took a few lessons for her to relax but Claire our swim teacher was amazing. H loves her swimming lessons.
The Pilgrims pool is lovely and not too deep to stand in. The shower are nice.
The changing rooms have a travel cot which I have to use to put H in while I change in a cubicle. The other ladies talk to her and she's happy and safe.
The only thing is the floor can be dirty and waterlogged some days.

Lovely class, my baby loves it. Not given 5 stars due to the policy on changing classes. If you can't make one you have to book a catch up which could be a different pool and a class you have already done.
You can't cancel the lesson and move the cost to the next lesson

AMAZING team! My son has learned so much with them in the past 15 months. His confidence in the water has grown so much - we look forward to our lesson every week!

My daughter has been attending water babies with Leah since a few weeks old she absolutely loves it we feel super confident that Leah knows exactly what our little girl needs to be able to swim safely. We have recently missed a lesson with Leah and had to attend Bevs lesson due to other plans and Bev is also absolutely outstanding I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else with our daughter.

Great instructor! The only thing is, catch up lessons aren’t always teaching in line with the things you’d do in your normal class so they can be a little repetitive, however, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing as repetition is good for babies.

What a wonderful way for your babies to learn to swim. April who runs our class is amazing. Calm and kind and incredibly patient.

I could not recommend more

The lessons received from Nat are absolutely 5* no complaints at all in fact if I could give more stars to Nat I would. However the changing facilities are dire! The floor and changing mats are always swimming in dirty water so deep in places that I have to turn up my trousers. My granddaughter at 18 months sat down not only was the floor so wet that she was soaked through I was shocked to see the amount of dirt clinging to her wet clothes. I continue to come to the lessons as the times work for me and that Nat is such a good teacher not only for the children but the adults too :)

We really enjoy our swimming class each week. My baby has learnt so much in such a short space of time. The teacher is fantastic!

The pool has nowhere to change and I really like our usual teacher but the company sends loads of selling emails.

It works. It just simply works.
Coach is very good and professional, course is age specific and my child loves it. Would recommend it to everyone 😉
