I am sorry that this international parcel has somehow been lost. It was sent shortly after you placed your order so it should have arrived by now. Pre-order now for immediate despatch on publication" and the button you clicked says "Pre-order now". The book is due for released on 7 February, but we do send pre-orders as soon as we have stock available, which may be sooner. We would appreciate if you would edit your review in light of this information, which was available at the time of purchase.

Having tried on several occasions to order "Good Moaning France" but not being successful, possibly due to a computer glitch, I received an e-mail from Waterside which set it up for me. I then managed to order it successfully and the product arrived in the post within two or three days.
