I bought a pump at a Great price. However I made a mistake and it turned out to not be right for me, but the customer service still replied promptly and after returning at my expense they refunded me.

5 Star experience all round.
I don’t normally leave reviews for online purchases that are as simple as they should be. However I’ve had a couple of bad experiences recently and these good people have gone a good way to restoring my faith.

Customer service second to none & item well priced.
Ordered, delivered & fitted within 24hours.
The sales department were beyond helpful & even though I missed the cut off time for next day delivery when I explained the urgency Georgia went beyond all expectation to enable delivery of the item the following day.
I cannot rate this companies customer department highly enough & will be definitely using this company again in the future.

Delivery was awful took over a week and…
Delivery was awful took over a week and in the end we had to drive to find the driver to retrieve our parcel found him trying to leave on someones doorstep? ( They had been given full directions right to our door?) disappointed with the packaging hole in the box, and the box was not covered so everyone could see what it was?? Even the Delivery man commented oh its an expensive item? But all works as it should.

Hi Angela, sorry to hear your delivery wasn't great, could you please send us a photo of the box it was in? We make sure every parcel that leaves our depot is packaged as securely as possible so this is very unusual. Email - enquiries@waterwisepumps.co.uk
