watson woodhouse … what can i say about this absolutely fabulous firm they stayed with us over 4 years … laughed with us and cried with us through the preparation of my daughters inquest sarah hepple became almost family the support and experience and expertise where second to none … they left no stone unturned and involved many different professionals, barristers who also where very experienced and passionate about what they where focusing on … they gave my daughter the identity she so deserved in death as she did in life iv never seen so much compassion and commitment in any other firm i would very highly recommend if you want a firm that cares about the people they are representing and are compassionate …not a firm that only care about fees these are your guys ….. the best !! thank you to you all

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! If you have a landlord that is hell bent on making things difficult for you, and or have been victim of a retaliatory eviction these are the guys to go through for legal support.
We were very nervous given the situation we were in through no fault of our own and required legal aid also. Lizzie was brilliant and explained everything to our understanding and throughout, given we had no notice of the first court hearing but managed to pull together to for me to be present. Submitting our response to witness statment exactly as we wished and also providing not only advice but at time emotional support. Right through to the end. Given we didn't have a second hearing due to LL pulling out all together. Thankyou!

Alisha Stevenson was our solicitor dealing with our sale at the Middlesbrough office. We were really pleased with the prompt attentive service we received.
We will be using Alisha again and would certainly recommend her.

Received initial advice having been transferred by Civil Legal Advice : Go to another firm and seek assistance with raising a Judicial Review (something the firm can't do for me) and even though there is no decision to review so that advice is now inappropriate, having sought clarification, so I went back to Watson Woodhouse.

I asked Ellie to double check this position with a Manager, she told me a Manager was not available and a Manager would only tell me the same. Ellie did finally double check the position of Watson Woodhouse and stuck by what is detailed above.

My case relates to a housing law issue with my local authority. I am locked into provision of services until the culmination of my case at initial advice level until the outcome of the case. In English, I can't get initial advice from anywhere else.

Ellie told me "We are a one off advice service". We have complied with our [Legal Aid/Civil Legal Advice] contract. My issue is that I have since clarified the position.

They will have either billed specifically for my case being referred to them (to the Legal Aid Agency) or they are paid a flat rate fee. Either way, this doesn't represent value for money to the taxpayer.

I think it's only fair that the public know what Watson Woodhouse are doing with the public's money.

I have a case ongoing and Janette Price the solicitors secretary has been really great, even to the point that she was prepared to move her lunch break to help me. Watson Woodhouse are very lucky to have her. Thank you.

Spoke to Jeanette @ Darlington branch and she went beyond expectations on returning calls in great detail, considering this was all done in the space of a couple of hours i can not find a fault if i tried.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
