I was on the verge of becoming homeless because my local council had given me false information. It was difficult for me to speak to my case worker in council again, but Ms. Lizzy offered me appropriate solutions and kept in regular contact with my case worker, and now I live in a suitable temporary accommodation.

I was very happy with way they’ve handled my case and allow me to get my housing issues sorted. Specially my case worker Lizzy was amazing. I really appreciate her help in this matter.

NEVER FELT SO ANNOYED IN ALL MY LIFE. BUT AFTER READING THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS I SEE I AM NOT ON MY OWN. I AM THE CARER AND PARTNER FOR A LADY WITH MENTAL HEALTH , DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY ISSUES , AND I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE ROOM TODAY AS I DARED VOICE MY OPINIONS ON THE CASE AGAINST A LANDLORD AND AN EVICTION NOTICE ETC HAD TAKEN OVER A YEAR NOW AND ALL WE WERE GETTING WERE EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. I WAS THEIR TO REPRESENT HER YET THEY INTIMIDATED MY PARTNER INTO LETTING ME LEAVE THE ROOM - THEN WAS TOLD IT IS LEGAL AID BUT IF WE GO DOWN A CERTAIN ROUTE SHE WILL HAVE TO PAY ?????? I WAS TOLD WHEN I WAS ALLOWED BACK IN THE ROOM THAT THEY WERE WORKING IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CLIENT - NOT THE CASE 2 IMPORTANT PAPERWORK AND A PHONE CALL WAS PREVIOUSLY GIVEN TO THE RECPEPTIONIST WHO I TOTALLY TRUST , YET ALL 3 TIMES THE 2 LADIES IN QUESTION SAID THEY HAD NOT HEARD ABOUT THE PHONE CALL MESSAGE AND HAD NO PAPERWORK - I PHONED THE RECEPTIONIST AND SHE TOLD ME THEY HAD DEFINITLEY BEEN SENT - SO SOMEONE IS TELLING THEIR CLIENT A PACK OF LIES , A CASE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN COURT AGES AGO TO EVENT AN EVICTION IS STILL NOWHERE NEAR COMPLETION DUE TO EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE BY THE TWO "LADIES" , IT TURNS OUT NOW THAT SOME EVIDENCE THEY HAD NOT BOTHERED TO FOLLOW UP ON MORE THAN ONCE , IT SEEMS LIKE I AM DOING ALL THE LEGWORK FOR THE COMPANY AND THEY REAP THE BENEFITS COS ITS LEGAL AID. I REFUSE TO GO NEAR THE PLACE AGAIN AND I HAVE TOLD MY PARTNER NOT TO SIGN ANY PAPERWORK BECAUSE SENDING ME OUT TODAY IN MY CAPACITY AS A CARER IS BEYOND BELIEF - I AM SURE THE COMPANY WILL LEAVE SOME COMMENT ON HERE TO CLARIFY THEMSELVES BUT JUST LOOK AT THE OTHER NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO ELSEWHERE , IT SEEMS THAT MY PARTNERS LANDLORD WILL GET AWAY WITH MAKING MY PARTNER LIVE IN A MOULDY DAMP HOUSE FOR YEARS AND NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT , AND THEN WHEN WE INVOLVE A SOLICITOR SHE GETS AN EVICTION NOTICE - WHERE IS THE JUSTICE IN THAT DUE TO WHAT I CAN ONLY CALL - WELL JUDGE FOR YOURSELVES.

I read the article re Medomsley and contacted Watson Woodhouse as requested. I was put in touch with Ellie Tweddle who could not have been more helpful. She has an efficient and sympathetic approach to what, for me, was a very difficult experience.

I just wanted to say how good Michelle Turner did for us,really good at explaining thing but did not give false hope straight to the point and really down to earth we felt she put us at ease in a difficult time. Reception staff not very friendly specially towards foreing people they won't be patient and listen people has limited speaking English language
