Truly outstanding customer experience. From the unbelievable purchase price of my Garmin Fenix 7X watch, through to the meteoric dispatch and delivery turnaround, I simply cannot praise Watts 1858 highly enough!

If I could award 10 stars I would.

From first email to a lovely new watch, at a very good price compared to competitors, Watts1858 were brilliant. Great communication, answered a query, shipped the day after and arrived the following day. It was the personal service you like to get from going in store but over mail order; I would use them again just for the wonderful and caring approach.

My husband bought my engagement ring which is beautiful, we also bought our wedding rings and a bespoke eternity ring.
Service was amazing, staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Bought 2 watches here recently. A Tissot for my wife's Christmas present and a pre owned Omega for myself. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. At no point do they try the sales patter like some stores do. The after service is second to none. They gave me 12 months warranty on my Omega and told me if the bracelet needs adjusting just bring it in any time. 5 stars all day long!!!

I spoke with Glyn in Watts 1858 who kindly extended the return period (just in case!) beyond 14 days, to accommodate an early order for a surprise Christmas present. I was mailed promptly to confirm this in writing, and having placed the order, Glyn mailed again later to advise that the watch had been dispatched and I should receive it next day. Which I did.

As I say, buy with confidence!

I recently purchased an Omega watch from Watts 1858 for my wife's birthday. The service from Kellie and Glyn was excellent. When the watch arrived the strap was slightly too small. This was no issue at all and a longer replacement was sourced within a week. Would highly recommend Watts and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I recently purchased a Tag Heuer watch, but before purchase I saw another jeweller advertise the same watch at a much lower price (due to sale) Watts matched the price of the other jeweller and I received my watch within 2 days of purchase. Very happy customer!

At first I was skeptical about the prices I found on the Watts 1858 website - they were too good to be true. Since I am from USA and have not heard of the shop, I thought it was one of those online stores that sell fake jewelry. A little research on google tells me this is a reputable store so I decided to make a small purchase. Well I am glad I did because they are prompt and professional. It took just one week for me to receive the item and I am very pleased with the international shipping charges (known to be high from purchases I made before). The only thing is that I wish you could carry more of the Sabo collections and I'll be sure to shop more often. Thank you for the wonderful purchase experience.
