Don’t use this company. They’re not even a company complete scam. I ordered an item of clothing in December 25 and I’ve been chasing for a refund ever since the item never arrived.

The item I received is nothing like their advertisement. When I ask for refund they seems helpful, after I’ve sent the product back, I never receive a refund and they didn’t reply my email.

Would give zero stars if I could, ordered a green tartan coat that arrived 3 weeks later, terrible quality looked nothing like the picture, was about 3 sizes bigger with all the labels cut out, when I read the tracking it had come from China and I started to realise it was a deceiving website to make you think you were ordering from an independent store in London. I emailed them and the o my option they gave was to return it China for £25 in order to get my £45 back. In the end I decided £25 out of pocket was better tha £45 so I sent it back, as to be honest not even a charity shop would want the coat it was terrible. However I sent it back and never heard a word and now the website has been taken down so I am now £70 out of pocket. I will be super careful in future and ensure website are legit. This was super frustrating and annoying they’ve taken my money :(

If I could of given 0 stars I would of, terrible company never seen my 50 pound, I sent the awful coat back costing me a further 11.99 and am still awaiting refund, I emailed them various times. Be worn do not purchase from them, they are dishonest thieves

Product quality was really poor. The wool coat had never seen wool. The returns service is a joke. I sent back the coat snd despite numerous emails, since November 2025, I have never received the promised refund. Thus is a scam company.

This Company should not be operating in the UK. The garment i ordered had no labels attached no care label. Made so badly. It was a plad check coat which the pattern was not lined up. The coat had s bulge at the back where is was not cut correctly. I tried several times to ask the seller the address to return it to without any response. Appaling service & i eill report this Company to Trading Standards.

Do not use this company! They are not based in London as the name would suggest but the items are from China and are extremely poorly made, the sizing is ridiculous and products are packed into minute bags and arrive extremely creased. Products are not fit for purpose. Then, if you want to return an item, they tell you to return it to China at your expense. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. If I could have given a minus star rating, I would have.

Do not purchase from this website. They have no telephone number and do nit respond to email. I purchased shoes they send boots i dont want. I emailed them many times over several weeks and no response. Very disappointed ☹️

I ordered a coat for Christmas, but it arrived extremely late. When it finally came, the quality was very disappointing — the material felt cheap, dull, and nothing like what was advertised. I decided to return it, and the return shipping cost me a significant amount of money. Although the company promotes itself as a UK brand, I was required to send the item back to China.

They assured me they would track the returned parcel and process my refund. However, it has now been two months, and despite repeatedly chasing them, I have not received my refund. They have recently stopped responding to my messages altogether.

Overall, the company appears very untrustworthy and potentially fraudulent. The return address provided is for what appears to be a residential apartment, which further raises concerns about the legitimacy of the business.

If I could give a zero I would’ve. The coat I purchased was of such a poor standard I was in disbelief. The check pattern on the back wasn’t even close to matching. The lining was baggy,the jacket was a complete fraud versus the image on their website. Now to the refund….cost £23 to send to China,I was informed on the 19 th of January that a refund would be issued in 3-5 days. Maybe they meant 3-5 weeks because 3 and a half weeks later still no refund. Every email since 19 th of January has been ignored. Avoid this company,quite frankly they should be investigated by trading standards. If only I spent the time reading previous reviews

Zero if I could, placed order, that was it until I got a letter from Ealing council accusing me or fly tipping, the box of my order had been dumped. Waverley never once communicated since order. Now battling with council that it wasn’t me and Waverley to get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

WARNING! The most dishonest company ever… claims to be based in London, but ships items from China. Delayed deliveries, promises of refunds… now they don't respond to emails… I received no refund, and the return shipping was very expensive; I had to pay for it myself! The shoes were of poor quality and certainly not orthopaedic as described. Please don't make the same mistake I did!

It is extremely poor customer service , it is truly a scam, I paid £178 pounds for dress arrived poor quality, do not match online advertisements, on shien they sell this item on £ 10 it is scam they says on websites uk base but it is in china i strongly don’t recommend any one my friends family, 😡

After a week of ordering, I requested an update on my purchase, they apologized and agreed to contact logistics partner to determine the cause of delay. Left it for a few days and had to chase again, so requested a refund. It then turned out there was a high demand for product purchased. I then responded requesting a refund as there was a high demand they then stated product out of stock and to choose another product, by this time I just wanted my money back to source my product elsewhere. I kept chasing for the refund. They contacted their team about the refund and were reviewing details. I still haven't had a response from them not sure where the team is but I ended up sorting my refund with my bank who dealt with it in a prompt, and professional manner. It shouldn't take all this time and constant chasing to refund a customer if they haven't got the product. I will not use this company again, really frustrating experience.

Absolutely do not buy from here! Ordered the wool coat as saw it in an advert and thought it was a British company. It isn't - it's a company in china but they are pretending to be here. Not registered on companies house, no head office address on website and location says Netherlands even though they claim to be british. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered but saw them within minutes of ordering so tried to cancel. They refused, said it had been dispatched - within minutes ?! Then waited over 4 weeks before doing a charge back through my bank. Kept getting fobbed off they were making the product perfect yet said it had already been dispatched. Liars and a lot of emails are AI written. Managed to get my money back through bank after sending them all the emails trying to find out where my parcel was. Clearly never sent so they just lied, lied and lied some more. Scammers.

Very bad experience not going to buy from them ever again plus telling everyone not to get scammed by Waveley London, items on their website looks good but when you order you will see what you got plus if they made a mistake they want you to send the item back to china with your own money,luckily I got my money back through bank but once again very poor quality shoes,

Having placed an order for a wool coat from their website , i thought i was dealing with a London company started by two ladies (picture of them in front of a shop on website). The quality was awful , no labels and its never come from a sheep. Delivered in a black plastic bin liner. When i reported the disappointment, i was directed to their returns policy , so at my own cost £17.00 i sent it back to China.
6 weeks later still waiting for a refund.
I have also reported to trading standards particularly for importing below standard goods and not adhering to the UK's mandatory to show fibre content in a sewn in label.
Please avoid Waverly London like the plague.

This is a fraudulent website misleading customers by pretending to be based in the UK. It is advisable not to order from this website due to the poor quality of goods, misleading information and inability to return items easily. The site has been reported to the National Cyber Security Centre with a request to remove the site due to fraudulent activities.

I would have given no star if I could. Dishonest and misleading website. Makes out they are London based but in fact they are based in China. Confirmed shipping as Royal Mail Tracked 48 but took 23 days to arrive from China via Derby!
Very poor quality, ordered two pairs and both arrived in the wrong size, they couldn’t even be bothered to package them properly.
They answered my emails all the time I was trying to track my order but once I had received it and wished to return the products, they no longer to my emails!
Utter waste of money, the items were nothing like the images used on their website!
