What a wonderful find. A car sales business that genuinely doesn’t feel like car sales. A lovely family vibe. Tea offered in a real cup! Andy has a lovely way that is customer centric and feels sincere.

We bought a car ( a very shiny X5) and feel confident that should we need help post sale Andy will be on hand! We’ve not always felt that buying a car. You can see why the reviews are as good as they are! Highly recommend.

The staff at Wavertree Car Sales were helpful from the first phone call right through to the sale.
Nothing was too much of a problem for them and they were honest and open about the car we bought allowing us lots of time to inspect and test drive it.

Never bought online before, so was a bit unsure. However, Andy put my mind at rest. He gave me a good deal on the car, which was fully checked over, serviced, full years MOT and valeted. He also arranged the transfer of ownership with DVLA and had the car delivered to me in Glasgow.

It took about ten days days from my initial call to the car's arrival but Andy phoned every few days to let me know how things were progressing, which was very reasuring.

When my car arrived, (thanks Aidan) I was delighted with my high-spec BMW. Again, many thanks to Andy and Aidan for making the experience so easy.

Bought a second car from Wavertree Car Centre and the service was excellent. Popped by once the car went live on Autotrader and was met by John who made me an appointment to view the car and put me in touch with Andy. From start to finish, Andy has been amazing and professional. Had a problem with one of the key fobs but Andy is straight on the case and sent out a locksmith. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a used car. After sales service is also exceptional.

I was very happy with the ease of the transaction and the trust the salesman (Josh) gave to me by allowing me to take the car home to show my wife, that meant a lot to me.
All the items I asked to be done were done such as a new tyre, full 12 month MOT even though it still had 6 months left, damage to the seat was repaired professionally.
The only thing I would have liked more was for the car to be valeted inside, although it was cleaned externally otherwise I would have given the 5 stars.

I drove all the way from Preston to view a car I had seen online. I encountered what I would describe as a snake oil salesman who was an expert at telling me what I wanted to hear and an expert at objection handling and untruths. I did not trust a word he said.
