Support team is nonexistent. The originator of a payment (the merchant whose site it’s on), doesn’t offer a cancellation, so wayforpay has been charging me every single month for months. I’ve emailed them after the payment email three times and after 3 months nobody has responded.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANY COMPANIES THAT USE IT! THEY COULDN’T USE STRIPE OR SQUARE — SO THEY USED A SHADY COMPANY.

Well they could stop telling lies blaming the UK Banking system I would suggest people Run Away and not Pay

Досить непоганий платіжний сервіс. Багато налаштувань та функцій. Ще не все встиг протестувати. Поки ставлю 4 зірки.

I have requested some exam books.
I got the first few books to my email, which was not very useful for the purpose.
Then I sent an email asking for the other books. Then I received the rest of the books to my email many (7 hrs) hours later.

Самые те що шукала, створила свою сторінку для інфотоварів та приймаю платежі. Не потрібно використовувати ще сервіс для автоматичної відправки посилань, усе проходить автоматично. Для продажів через соціальні мережі ідеальне рішення. Поки жодних проблем.

Два роки тому користувався сервісом, але перейшов до конкурентів, бо дуже приваблива комісія у них була. Але повернувся до wayforpay, бо у порівнянні з опціями конкуренти не дотягують, а низька комісія не перекриває проблем. Тому повернувся до сервісу, але ставлю 4, бо комісію б хотілось нижче.

Користуюсь сервісом більше двох тижнів, усе достатньо прогресивно, починаючи від реєстрації та закінчуючи налаштуваннями. Дуже подобається підхід, що можу налаштувати прийом платежів як мені потрібно, без додаткових звернень до менеджерів або підтримки. Дуже цікава можливість виставляти рахунки клієнтам у розстрочку. Поки усе влаштовує, та є з чим порівняти.

Користуюсь WayForPay вже не перший рік, задоволена системою, у мене є невеликий акаунт- магазин з продажу послуг дизайнера логотипів. Виставляю рахунки клієнтам прям з додатку в пару кліків. Кошти після оплати клієнтом, отримую моментально на баланс акаунту :) Після оплати моїх клієнтів, наступного робочого дня зранку кошти вже в мене на рахунку. Платники в мене закордонні, і дуууже зручно те, що вони можуть просто по Apple pay, google pay швидко оплатити. Підтримка у разі питань відповідає 24 на 7. Дуже приємні оператори. Короче кажучи, все дуже классно!
