Il bonus è diviso in tre trance ma non è chiaro nelle informazioni iniziali. Dopo aver depositato ho visto che mi hanno accreditato il bonus 150% come dalla prima trancia e non mi ero accorto che i giri non sono stati accreditati e li ho chiesti dopo. Sono rimasto ormai 45 minuti in chat con l'assistenza e mi hanno detto che per aver diritto ai giri dovrei chiederli prima di giocare. E' la prima volta che mi è capitato una cosa del genere. Solitamente i casinò li accreditano assieme al bonus denaro. Super sconsiagliati.

Die Fakten zu meinem Fall:
• Ticketnummer: 49872635
• Guthaben: 91.500,02 €
• Verifizierungsstatus: Sämtliche Dokumente (KYC) liegen dem Casino seit dem 08. Mai vollständig vor.
• Reaktion des Supports: Trotz einer schriftlichen Fristsetzung bis heute, 13. Mai, 12:00 Uhr, erfolgt keine Freigabe. Der Live-Chat vertröstet lediglich mit Standardfloskeln auf eine "Fachabteilung", ohne konkrete Termine oder Gründe zu nennen.
Ein Casino, das bei hohen Gewinnen die Kommunikation verweigert und rechtmäßige Auszahlungen blockiert, handelt absolut unseriös. Da das Casino zudem keine nachprüfbare Lizenz vorweist, habe ich diesen Fall nun öffentlich bei CasinoGuru gemeldet und informiere die beteiligten Zahlungsdienstleister über diesen Vorfall.

Update 15.05. (08:15 Uhr): Trotz der Behauptung im Live-Chat, die Prüfung sei in der „Endphase“, ist der Auszahlungsbutton für meine 91.500,02 € weiterhin gesperrt. Das Casino hält seine öffentlichen Versprechen nicht ein. Ich habe soeben den Zahlungsdienstleister DCT*AIART in Estland sowie CasinoGuru offiziell über diesen Vorfall informiert.
