Terrible waste of time
Terrible waste of time. Website confirms no KYC which is completely false. Every card 2 crypto option had extensive KYC for customers and merchant. After 24 hours I asked for a refund and was refused which is another false advertisement on their website. Do not wast your time or money as I luckily only signed up for a month. Most of these dodgy high risk card to crypto offers have a 2 week free trial. This is the one that didn't offer and for a good reason. They are falsely advertising everything. Instant reply after paying also took 8 hours. Super fast dodgy shady company. Stay away

Regarding KYC: WcPay is a plugin + license solution — what you receive is a WooCommerce plugin, an activation key, and a setup guide to integrate on your own store. The "no KYC" statement refers to you as a merchant not needing to register a company or go through a traditional merchant account approval process with us. However, the underlying payment processors (Visa/Mastercard networks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) have their own compliance requirements that WcPay has no control over. This distinction is clearly part of how card-to-crypto payment infrastructure works globally, and we regret if this was not clear enough on our page.
Regarding the refund: Our payment & refund policy, available at wcpay.us/payment-refunds, specifies the conditions under which refunds are issued. Digital software licenses and activation keys are non-refundable once delivered, as is standard practice in the software industry. We are sorry if this was not prominently visible before your purchase.
Regarding response time: We aim to deliver access within minutes, and in most cases we do. An 8-hour delay is not our standard, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.
