I don’t receive yet my first magazine. Canada Post was in strike. I waiting my first issue!

While postal service is resuming in Canada, there is a backlog, but we are working with our mailing partner to have your issue delivered as soon as possible. We are incredibly disappointed in the delayed delivery and know how much our customers look forward to receiving their issues- from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your patience and understanding!

Good all around information
The articles are full of really good information about a tremendous variety of points of interest. From the behind the scenes, the history and tips and tricks for dining. Also, the info about the individual parks and the perks can be very helpful before you visit.

I am still waiting on my November issue…
I am still waiting on my November issue and it is the 23rd now. I am going to WDW in 10 days and had hoped for both the November and December issues to be delivered. Other subscriptions I have already have sent the December issue.

Great Disney fix!
I love receiving WDW magazine when I can’t get to Disney World as often as I like. Great articles and such beautiful photos that I decided to sign up for the Disneyland magazine too! Oh and did I mention their calendars? Love having a beautiful Disney countdown the whole family can enjoy. Wendy

I want to cancel ALL my subscriptions
I want to cancel ALL my subscriptions, WDW, WDL, AND DCL. I hardly get any magazines, at 1st it was one here or there, but now I almost get none and the ones I get are ripped, and bent. NOT worth the $$$$ sorry. Pictures were great, but I spend WAY to much on something that I eithor don't get or is messed up. They just come in a cheap plastic saran like plastic cover. I am a charter member, I signed up on a waiting list. But so if you would please cancel ALL 3 subscriptions I would appreciate it. Thank you Robyn A Bockla-Raymer P.S. I understand you have no control over the mail, but I can't justify spending money like that. Thanks again!

We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you had with your subscription shipments. Our customer care team is always ready to send you replacement magazines for any issues you may have encountered, whether you missed an issue or received a damaged one. We are truly sad to see you go, but we will opt you out of your WDW and DLR Magazine subscriptions and send you a confirmation email once that is completed. We don't have a DCL subscription service at this time, just a waitlist to sign up to show your interest. Thank you for your support and for allowing us to be a part of your Disney experience.
So excited to see WDW mag in mail!
We look so forward to receiving these in the mail!!! I first give it to our daughter to read and then I get it. She subscribes to DL edition and shares with me. As Platinum Castaway members, we can’t wait for the cruise line magazine! I also buy the calendars each year and love the stickers!!!

Gift for my husband it s treat for the family
I got the subscription as a gift for my husband. The whole house is loving the magazine. We get both DLR & WDW magazines. The stories of the history, what's happening now, and future projects along with the wonderful pictures makes it a treat every time we open a new one.

DLR Magazine is a fantastic read that I look forward to every season. I've been a subscriber since its inception, and it’s always a delight to see how the magazine has evolved over the years. The articles bring back memories of experiences I enjoyed at Disneyland Resort long ago, offering a nostalgic and insightful look into the magic of the parks. 2025 at WDW everyday with my beautiful wall calendar.
I just received my 2025 WDW wall calendar and it is everything I hoped it would be. The photography is stunning and each month shows a beautiful photo that gives you the feeling that you are standing in WDW. I really like the stickers to mark all my special dates.
