I have used Dan (We Fix Property) quite a few times over the last 3 -4 years and found him to be a very approachable, reliable and trustworthy person. His pricing is also very reasonable.
He has done various general maintenance and repair jobs on my house including fitted wardrobes, bathroom and toilet repairs, painting and decorating and a new garden fence. The attention to detail and the quality of his work is very high. He always turns up on time and leaves the place clean and tidy
I would highly recommend him if you want a job done well. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Dan was on time, easy to communicate with and has great attention to detail. He put down a stair runner, noticed a massive hole on the outside of my wall causing damp so he patched that up. Put up a shelf. And rectified mistakes of a previous contractor (Dan's precision for wooden edging is impeccable). Very reasonably priced too! He is now my go-to man. Thanks once again

Dan has done a number of jobs at our house including fitting our new kitchen including the tiling and installation of an instant hot water tap. He had also built us a new fence and gate, and laid slabs and built our greenhouse. All the work has been carried out to a very high standard and with minimum disruption. I will be in contact with Dan for any future projects and would highly recommend him friends and family.
