I joined WealthFlo with high expectations based on the values and support that were presented before I enrolled. Unfortunately, my experience was very different.
From the very first week and after my initial coaching call, I raised concerns about the support I was receiving. Rather than feeling guided and supported, I found myself being passed from one coach to another without any consistency or clear direction. Before my journey had even properly begun, I was already questioning whether I had made the right decision.
Having been part of several other academies, I know that when a programme is built on strong principles and genuinely delivers on its promises, feedback and concerns are welcomed and addressed openly. That wasn’t my experience with WealthFlo. Despite reaching out and attempting to resolve my concerns privately, I received little meaningful support or communication.
What disappoints me most is not that things didn’t go perfectly—every business can face challenges—but that there seemed to be little willingness to address the issues I raised at such an early stage.
I had hoped to resolve this matter privately before sharing my experience publicly, but after receiving no satisfactory response, I feel it’s important to provide an honest account for anyone considering joining.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the programme. I hope WealthFlo takes customer feedback more seriously in the future and improves the level of support and communication it provides.
