My partner and I purchased a Melbourne townhouse investment property under the guidance of Sam, Jody and Dom of the Wealthi team. They helped us in selecting a property to suit our needs, assuaged us of any concerns, liaised with the vendor, referred us to a experienced conveyancer, worked with us towards settlement, offered assistance with property managers and all the bits and bobs in-between (depreciation schedules, extra fittings, landlords insurance etc).
