If you are recommend to use Clarity by Exp estate (Richard & Kev) agents avoid at all cost. We have been messed around from day 1. From what should be a straight forward transaction they kept putting barriers up. Any queries which should have been raised at the early stages they only raised several months down the road. What should have been completed in 3 months took twice as long.Instead of them keeping us updated we had to keep chasing for an update. They ask repeated questions. Complete waste of our time

A competent team making extra effort dealing on extra challenges to ensure the chains of buyers and sellers came to decent completion date.
