I underwent dental work at ESTETHICA ISTANBUL in June 2023, organized by WE ARE CLINICS in Spain. On May 29, during the initial consultation, the overseeing dentist, despite being highly qualified and a university professor, did not speak English, necessitating an interpreter. During the procedure, she broke one of my teeth, claiming it was already problematic. This led to a change in the plan from 8 individual crowns to 5 crowns and a bridge of 3 teeth.

On June 5, expecting 5 single crowns and one bridge with 3 teeth, I was surprised to find two bridges with 4 teeth each instead. In the ensuing argument with the dentist, assistant, and clinic manager (conducted through a translator), I reluctantly accepted the change due to my overseas residence and imminent departure two days later. The office manager assured a 5-year warranty, but after six months, issues with gum visibility and maintenance arose.

Despite contacting Didi from WE ARE CLINICS, I received no response or acknowledgment. I strongly advise against their services due to these issues and the lack of responsiveness. You may face consequences for choosing them.

I just did my hair transplant in this clinic. All staff is very friendly and helpful, The medical experts are professional and highly experienced they did excellent job I would like to say thank to everyone. I had all the support before and after the surgery.
So I'm highly recommended everyone to choose we are clinics!

Hi. I just got my hair transplant with this clinic and I have to say it was the best option. The hotel, the clinic in Mexico City and transportation were amazing. I felt safe and comfortable every time. I did my research and this clinic were less expensive than others and the service was perfect! I live in Canada and I flew to Mexico City and I don’t regret!

Great experience from start to finish. I really appreciated the effort they go to ensure you understand every aspect of the aftercare in person the day after the surgery. I've been in regular contact since the operation and I'm happy with how responsive they are.
