Thought I’d bought a one off product…
Thought I’d bought a one off product and had purposely not chosen a subscription package. Turns out I was placed on a subscription anyway. Never received an email to say oh by the way there’s an order coming up. Received an email whilst asleep at 5am saying an order was being placed, and then another email at 6:20am to say that the order was on its way. I didn’t even have a registered account so had to register in order to cancel. Really really disappointed in this company and the underhand tactics it employs to get your money. Avoid.

On the subscription, at checkout customers choose either a one-time purchase or a Subscribe and Save option along with their preferred delivery frequency. We're unable to make changes from our side once an order is placed, however we do send follow-up emails after purchase inviting customers to activate their account so they can manage their subscription at any time. We'd never want anyone to feel misled and we're sorry this experience left that impression.
We're still very much here to help and would urge you to reach out - we'll do everything we can to make this right as soon as we hear from you.

I’m a first time customer for FEEL METABOLIC
I’m a first time customer and I ordered the feel metabolic. After 6 days I saw that my order had been delayed because of Evri delay issues. I contacted feel and spoke to cam who responded to my query quickly and efficiently and had an update within 24hours. I received my parcel the following day and have started using the product, can’t wait to see if it can help me lose weight and feel better. Very happy with service, excellent customer service.

Save your money!
Spent a small fortune with this company. Vegan collagen products and also their probiotic, which has misleading claims, it 'acts' the same as skinny jabs and helps your natural GLP1. It doesn't. They pull you in with free gifts you don't need and a so-called loyalty points system, which doesn't really give you much. When I went to cancel, I went through about 5 different offers to keep me from cancelling, including their 'nutritionist' who told me I needed to be on them for 3 months or more (I was). That was the last straw for me. Save your money.

I have been using Feel Vegan Collagen…
I have been using Feel Vegan Collagen now for well over a year. I have had so many compliments about my skin which is very nice especially as I will be 60 years old this year.
I liaised with Amy in Customer Services recently to smooth out some order issues, she was amazing and rekindled my faith in the process. I will be trying some other products too, and again recommend Feel to my family and friends.

Good products, great service.
I really like Feel, ive tried the pro-metabolic & collagen powders. The pro-metabolic seems to work, ive not seen a huge reduction in weight but my body size is down so maybe helping reduce my body size and build muscle so overall leaner.
My only downfall is the flavour is not good, its a bit off bit mix with some blackcurrant or fruit squash and it does help.
The service overall is quick and speedy. Ill keep trying more products from feel.

OK hi folks... well I never.... it works!!!
OK hi folks... so I have history of heart problems (including a heart attack in '22) and due to the amount of tabs I have to take, I was told I couldn't go on 'the jabs' at this moment in time. Then weirdly, Feel popped up on my Instagram feed and I signed up for the trial month.
I have been very sceptical about it and thought there was no way I would lose any weight whilst taking Feel.
About 5 weeks back, before starting the supplements. I had a heart scan and at the appointment I weighed 88.5 kilos (13stones 13 pounds)
I don't weigh myself and I haven't been doing...until this morning.
I had noticed that I had not been eating as much junk lately, and I put it down to being busy with a new store opening which I manage.
I had received a few 'you've lost weight' comments this week so this morning after wrestling with it in my brain, I decided to jump on the old scales...eesh...
I now weigh 83 kilos / 13 stones 1 pound.
I am agog! I realise that taking the Feel supplements has helped me tremendously this past month or so.
I must add, I am also sleeping better. I also developed acne all down my back and on my bottom (sorry TMI lol) but since taking the supplement and using an acne spray, the acne has cleared up and I'm just left with scarring (which I can live with as no one is going to be seeing my backside anytime soon haha!!)
So yep...I would recommend you give feel a go. I look forward to reading others' reviews and experiences on here.

Using the pro metabolic for several months now. Not really seeing a difference, so thinking of stoping. As £50 a month is quite steep for no real results.

I have used the Feel Pro Metabollic for the first time today, exactly per the instructions on the box. I bought it at Waitrose no less so assumed it was legitimate. I have never felt this sick in my life, and have been getting cold sweats, feeling weak and now vomiting for an hour. Please reconsider buying this.

The ingredients are food-grade and found in everyday products such as teas, yoghurts, apples and fibre supplements. The probiotic content is a fraction of what is found in standard commercial supplements and the vitamin levels are below what you would find in a single piece of fruit. There is no known basis in published literature for the type of reaction described from a product of this composition and dose.

My joints feel good as new with Pro collagen type 2
I am so glad I discovered Feel. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my hands which was affecting my ability to pick up heavy things and I was feeling discomfort when writing. My joints would ache after a day at work. I decided to try Pro collagen type 2 for joints, as I was impressed by all the information on the website, as well as the reviews. I have now been taking it for two and a half months and have noticed a huge improvement already. I used to get a sharp pain in my wrist if I picked up something heavy. This no longer happens. My hands feel stronger and I realise that I am starting to use my hands more fully with no ill effect. I now only occasionally have a slight ache in my wrist or fingers if I have been overdoing things. Thank you Feel, I will continue taking Pro collagen type 2 as it is amazing!

I've been using feel collagen for over…
I've been using feel collagen for over a year and I really like it. Unfortunately I really dislike the website though. Every time I visit my account page the website tries to harvest information from me and I can't proceed without offering up information. I also wanted to get specific nutritional information about the product but there's no contact options on the website. Very poor customer experience unfortunately, hence lower review.
