General review
I've used Koala for almost 2 years. Everything I've asked for they have helped me with, whether general advice about my company and tax issues, or with completing my accounts submissions and tax returns.
The only downside was initially I thought they would be a little more proactive than they are. In a nutshell, if you ask, they will do, and do it well and generally efficiently and professionally, but without a request, nothing happens.

I was recommended to use Koala shortly after I started working for Amazon as a self employed driver a couple of years ago. They are very professional in everything they do and always promptly reply to any questions I have. I’ve since moved jobs but have stayed with Koala for my accounts.

Being self employed Koala was recommended. From day one they helped me set up my business bank,VAT and much more. They are very helpful giving advice keeping my TAX VAT etc low. I'm really happy with the service I get and would recommend to anyone

Superb Service
All the associates I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable in the past 16 months.
They are always reachable if a question arises, which I had many of.
I personally received help with Incorporation, becoming VAT registered, Self Assessment and many other things.
Can only recommend, these guys are awesome!
