Used atm at tates avenue filling station went to lift cash took it from my account but gave no money contacted pivotal and was told it’s nothing to do with them it’s your machine yes it is to do with you
Pivotal via Paul Hoy suggested they would help fix the mess they left. He contacted me to say they are involved in a big project. Looks like they are in league with a major bank to rip people off

A very arrogant employee of your company illegally parked in a disability parking bay on Wednesday April 10th in Drogheda Co Louth, I was disgusted as a disabled driver who also has a child in a wheelchair that he just shrugged his shoulders and said call the Garda, this driver happens to be from another country and believes that the rules don’t apply to him, there are very few disability parking spaces as it is without ignorance like this, he has been reported and fined appropriately by the proper authorities, as a company whom I’m sure has clients with disabilities it should be drummed into your drivers to have some respect for those who actually need those spaces
Left us high and dry without a delivery for Xmas and New Year when they closed early without directly notifying us. When we asked for assistance we were told “that’s just the way it is.”

We recently transitioned our contract across to Pivotal, their implementation / onboarding and subsequent operational performance has been excellent. We feel a truly valued customer, they are always proactively resolving any problems that may occur with workable solutions and are great at communicating. Their business focus on employee well-being is a refreshing change and drives a really positive culture. Whilst we are at the start of our journey with Pivotal we already seeing them deliver on their KPIs that we signed up to when moving the contract over. They are a class above other players in the market.
We commenced using Pivotal for our cash collection and change delivery service In August 2021 and have never looked back. Previous provider service was lacking and Pivotal's approach was refreshing as it was 100% customer focused. In the 6 months or so we have increased the number of our sites with them to 90. No cash uplift failures or missing change. Any issues there have been have been quickly resolved with easy access to our Account Manager, Operations and Head Office. Extremely price competitive and would strongly recommend

We started using Pivotal a few months ago. Very professional, great customer service support, simply to use, and their service has significantly improved our workflows. Their fee structure is more than competitive than what our bank was charging. We have 20+ sites with them, and it has been a very positive experience.
Used RMS/Pivotal for over 10 years including previous businesses. Started in NI then ROI have now moved mainland UK over to Pivotal. Operationally superior to other competitors issues are minimal and communication is excellent. Flexibility to react to any change promptly and effectively with minimal disruption. No hesitation in recommending these guys.
We are a customer with Pivotal for close to 2 x years. The change from the previous provider was very simple with little disruption to business which can be a concern. The service is excellent and the response to the very few issues since joining has been the reason that I have no hesitation is saying that we made the correct business decision to move. With multiple sites and needs, including the use of coin/note ordering, the Pivotal Portal is very simple and user friendly.
