I had an issue with receiving my order due to a shipping mistake, so I tried to reach out to them to get a new item shipped out or a refund, but they never responded. I’ve sent at least four emails with no response. I had another order go to another address with no issue, but you’re really risking your money if there’s any issues with delivering the order because you will never get ahold of customer service.
Would give them a 0 star if able. Ordered 3 shirts off their website and it’s been over a month… absolutely nothing. Have contacted them multiple times, and guess what… nothing. They’re garbage.
Learn from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. You will be scammed or frustrated, or both. Your order will be weeks late or won’t come at all. Customer service is non-existent. Save your money or order somewhere else.
I ordered a T-shirt for a young man. This young man wanted this T-shirt and it was listed on a tag on a Christmas wish tree. I purchased a T-shirt from this company on November 18th , I got no updates no nothing no tracking number nothing. I had to inquire myself, which is bad customer service that the customer has to inquire where my merchandise is. And what does these people say oh we’re sorry it’s on its way. It’ll be delivered soon. Blah blah blah. Got an email last week telling me that it was going to ship at the end of last week. I was sent an email early today December 19th I got a response back telling me oh yeah that it just got shipped today. No tracking number no nothing. So now I have no gift to give to this young man for Christmas. What the hell am I supposed to do. This company is horrible and if you want your merchandise, you have to order it 10 months in advance !!! SHAME ON YOUR company is horrible.., do NOT RECOMMEND THEM
It’s going on a month and no shirts. No response to my email. I will contact my credit card company.
I placed my order on 09/16/25. I sent an email over a week ago and was told it would be 2 weeks to ship after the purchase date. It’s now 10/11/25 and my package still hasn’t shipped yet. I’m starting to get very worried I’ve been scammed. There’s no way it can take this long ship.
There was no disclaimer stating that the product would be 2 weeks to ship either. If I would have known that I would have purchased it on eBay and I would have had it within a week. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of, unless this is just how they operate their business.
No response from my many emails to them. I’d be very cautious doing business with this company.
