Was hesitant to order from this company due to other negative reviews, however I contacted them prior to ordering as it was quite a large order, they honestly couldn't have been more helpful.

I placed the order, and waited for delivery.

I must say either I'm very lucky (im usually not) or other people are very dramatic.

The order was delivered very quickly (3 days) which is much faster than other places ive ordered from and my order was absolutely spot on, I received exactly what I ordered and there weren't any problems, aside from maybe a few items that just needed a wash, or has some minor bobbling, which is mentioned in their product descriptions on the website and to be honest, is kind of expected from pre owned clothing, there was nothing that wasn't easily fixed to make sellable.

Will absolutely order again

I’m not sure how this place is allowed to operate. The items I ordered arrived in terrible condition — some had makeup stains, others had food stains or something I can’t even identify. I submitted a form but received no response. Overall, it’s just not a great experience. It honestly looks like these clothes were donated to charity shops, and whatever the charity shops didn’t want ended up being resold here, even though most of it should have been thrown away.

Was unsure about this company due to other reviews but we ordered a 20 piece fully branded clothing wholesale bundle and was a really good purchase. Everything was grade A. This company should have a higher rating than what it does

We ordered 2 of the 'Premium branded reseller - Low Risk' 10 item bundles. I can't imagine making our money back through online sales of the items delivered.
The best piece in the entire delivery should have been a kids Patagonia Synchilla fleece, but this was torn at the seams.
The only other saleable items in there were a Tommy Hilfiger collarless shirt and a Timberland fleece hoodie, but the elasticated cord on the bottom of this is broken.
The rest of the items are filler stock, a grey Kangol v neck jumper, a siksilk hoodie, a ladies under armour sweatshirt size XL and a (stained) pair CK relaxed fit jeans in a really big size was about as good as it got.

Very underwhelmed and I'm just glad we tested these guys with a smaller purchase before giving them more of our hard earned.

Edit: I've sent an email with my thoughts, and pictures of what was sent. Heard nothing back. Seems they don't really care.

Bad quality all are used.
Will never buy from here again.

Didn't get any items that will actually sell for profit even with ironing washing and taking great photos
