I have now ordered several different bras and I am happy with them all. Underwire is something I can't wear anymore so the wirefree options are so good. No more feeling uncomfortable. The only issue, as I have very sensitive skin, is on one bra only - there was a tiny bit of "plastic" or whatever it is that is used, in the back around the hook area, that was sticking out oh so slightly so it kept on pricking me in the back but that was easily fixed with tiny scissors and that was that. Bought a bra for a friend wirh larger bust and always has problem feeling comfortable. She loved it. It was supporting yet felt like not wearing no bra at all. So soft. I will definitely keep on buying Nala bras and undies.

I have bought both bras and undies from Nala. As a bigger girl with DD-E cups boobs this is the only wireless bra that keeps my girls separated and supported. I also love the thick straps and wide band which keeps the back rolls in control. If I want more lift I shorten the straps, if I want minimising effect, I loosen the straps. Honestly I don't even use my wired bras anymore unless I need to really minimise and lift. The seams on the bras are also heavy duty and the mesh paneling is still good as new, not a tear in sight! I've had these bras for almost 3 years now and I wear them everyday.

Now for the undies, the BTC ones are good, but my favourite are the high waisted mesh panel undies. Why you ask? Because again as a bigger girl with an over-hanging tummy result of pregnancy, I take a bit of the mesh panel inside and tuck it under the overhang! Goodbye friction and sweat! It's a game changer. I wish there as a bit more material but the mesh paneling isn't for supporting the overhang I know. The undies are good quality too, I've only replaced one so far (because I throw mine in the dryer and it's snagged on something), and only the chocolate brown one seemed to have lost colour. Others are still doing very well! To top it all off, all the products I've bought so far are very well made and quality. And SOFT. No itchy anywhere!

I'm overall really happy with these bras and will continue to buy. The website is easy to navigate, customer service has been great and there is a wide range of colours and styles to choose from. I have bought the wirefree bras and also one strapless. I loved how the strapless came with detachable straps so I can wear it as a normal bra. Most of all though, I love their marketing and having many different size and shaped boobies as models. It's a really inclusive brand.

First time buying from Nala and got a beautiful raspberry bra (support wirefree bralette) and a pair of the midi brief undies (just to try as quite expensive). I've since bought more undies as they were perfect. More colours please!
The bra didn't fit so well and wrinkled in the cup. They helped me sort out the problem and exchanged it for the correct size. I'm very happy.
Nala parcels don't register on my AustPost app. Good if they did.

I wanted to love this brand, but unfortunately I've had sizing issues on two out of my three orders.

My Mesh Underwire Bra in 8G fit well overall, but the band was slightly tight and I had a little spillage at the centre. I ordered a 10G expecting a slightly looser band and a little more cup room, but the cups were dramatically larger and completely unwearable.

On a previous order, I bought two bras in the exact same labelled size (8G): a Mesh Underwire and a Bio Underwire. Despite being the same size, the Bio band was dramatically tighter than the Mesh, showing a clear lack of sizing consistency between bras labelled identically.

As an international customer, these inconsistencies are expensive. The first time, I was refunded for the bra, but I still lost the money spent on shipping and customs. This time, after two weeks of emails and photos, the only solution offered was a 30% discount on a future order, while I would still have to pay the return shipping to Australia.

I'd be very cautious with sizing, especially if you're ordering internationally.

The bras are fabulous, very comfy, not restrictive and super cute. Plus they are so reasonably priced and great quality. Customer service is second to none - when I did have a small issue it was resolved promptly and without fuss - a bit of a rarity these days. My only comment is that I find some styles have 'shorter' shoulder straps, in comparison to other brands I've worn, which makes the bra sit higher than I would prefer. A small niggle but it would be good to have it sorted. Love, love, love Nala.

I have tried 2 different styles, I am a 14F so need these things to keep life under control. The Bio Underwire Bra is brilliant, comfortable with the wires, good separation and acceptable lift. I now have 3.
I also tried the Support Wirefree Bralette in the same size. It is comfortable to wear mostly, but there is no separation and everything gets very warm and sticky down there. Also I find when doing any physical activity such as pilates or gardening where you are bending over the girls try to escape over the top. I always seem to be adjusting things.
I have also tried the underwear, High waist brief - BTC. Amazing! And I will never buy another brand of undies.

These bras so.comphy, but for some reason my nee bra straps tighter than my old same size ....or my old bras very old 🤔

Love love love these Nala Bio T-Shirt Bras. Was slightly sceptical at first but they are amazing!!!
So comfortable, fabric breathes and is so buttery soft. Fit is perfect and I’ve gone back and purchased two more!!!
Service is a bit slower to NZ but well worth the wait! Seriously my favourite everyday bra.

Legit website and nice bra's and undewear to start BUT I have now replaced all my underwear with NALA as was so happy to start, and they have disintegrated so quickly. Having purchased a number of styles (love the colours) I have had wires pop out, fabric fray and they are just not holding up to the hype at all. They are great for first weeks, then fail. I tried to return one as wire popped out so quickly, and it was honestly such a hassle (as in NZ) in the end the next one that failed, I didn't bother. Pretty colours and quite comfortable imo - but wish quality was better. They need to be sewn better as those wires come out so quickly (and dig into you pretty quickly).

Absolutely comfortable and beautiful colours btc underwear and high waist. I've bought enough now ,stocking up, easy washing. They are so comfortable.

I recently contacted customer service regarding what appeared to be a slight manufacturer's fault with a bra I had purchased in late January this year. They were very quick to acknowledge the issue and provide a replacement.
Very responsive, very customer focussed and easy to deal with.

I would not normally buy bras online but after hearing ongoing promotions on Mamamia outlining their superior quality & fit & checking reviews online I went ahead and bought a range of products based on their size charts and photo gallery of real bodies.

My measurements covered 2 sizes so I bought products from both sizes. None of the products fit me. I requested a full return & they refused this request asking me to send additional photos & asking me to try tightening straps all of which I did. They could clearly see that the products did not fit me despite me following their sizing charts & suggestions.

I asked for someone to call me regarding this which they refused & asked for my request to be escalated. I had to battle for over a month to get a refund & they still refused to pay for the return postage on products that failed. They finally agreed to cover postage after I have sent it back & have subsequently refused to reimburse me for the poistage I had to pay.

Do not buy from Nala. I will be taking further action regarding this

Terrible quality and service. Beware. Bra arrived, didn't fit properly and came apart completely at the back after one wash. Was asked to send photos of it on which I was given no feedback on. Multiple emails that did not seem surprised that it had come apart at the seam or go to any trouble to rectify apart from sending short flippant emails signed off with kisses. It was implied I would get a replacement and refund for all the trouble of going backwards and forwards then they changed their minds and said I could choose one or the other. Really poor quality and unprofessional customer service. Extremely disappointed.

I've previously loved my Nala bras and was excited to try a sports bra. Unfortunately, the sizes don't go as high as the regular bras so I was unable to find a fit. Nala needs to make larger band sizes for sports - bigger girls go to the gym too!

Great company. Easy ordering, fast delivery. Love the bra's I got. I have trouble finding comfortable ones that fit properly but I've found a winner. Bought 3 colours and multiple of each. Totally set for bra's now. Would love a white though.
