I am an old Cornish person who has to live in Lincolnshire. That written l know my own Mum and Dad many years ago both purchased gold watches from the same company. Dad,s was a Swiss Omega in gold. Mums was also but a lady,s one. I have purchased smaller things in the past and spent many a day as a child looking at stuff and wishing that one day I could walk in to buy. That remains my wish. I purchased my silver watch 40 years ago from their shop in Camborne whichis no longer there. I needed a battery but more importantly a previousjeweller couldn’t open it,badly scratching the back and couldn’t fit a battery. Left it with Wearnes. Lovely service,and picked it up this morning. All done and cleaned. I am morethanthrilledwith this service and will use this jewellers again. It had a very personal feel when coming into the shop. Something you dont get with many shops these days. They certainly care. Thank you to the person who did the job. It’s lovely and I can wear it again after any years just sat in a box inthe drawer.
