Received our product in a timely manner. Would not purchase these diabetic socks again as they do not stay up. By the end of the day the socks fall to above the shoes and are uncomfortable.

From humble beginnings Wear Sierra has become a provider of fashionable apparel that can be worn for any occasion. That’s why when we began bringing socks, and now briefs, shirts and other apparel to market, we always strive to use earth/people friendly yarns and fabrics that enable us to be good stewards of our resources and our planet.
Many of our products are “Free Trade” items. We support artisans throughout the world so they can earn a fair wage through the sale of their products. Many of the artisans we support live in small villages in Turkey. Social responsibility is important to us as we bring new products to market and explore new technologies that reduce waste and water consumption in the manufacturing process.
For years we were strictly a private label company selling to the retail giants. Our overall strategy has evolved to allow us more control over what we bring to market, how it is produced, and who it supports. For this reason, we now bring our products directly to consumers. Our manufacturing and social responsibility are held to a high standard as we continue to be accountable to you, and to ourselves.

Very thin.
These socks are so thin you can see through them when you put them on. They don’t hold their shape or stay up either.

Good service but the quality has dropped.
I have been Sierra socks/Wear Sierra customer for years. Excellent customer service, easy returns. You talk to live people, not robots, and they promptly pick up the phone. I have been buying turn-cuff socks for years. They used to be excellent acrylic/woolen or acrylic blend socks, but unfortunately now the fabric is thinner and the cuff shorter and more narrow. Also, they now have an uncomfortably tight cuff edge on all turn-cuff socks, including cotton, instead of their usual relaxed edge. I like the service but product quality has dropped. And the prices have almost doubled since my previous purchase a few years ago.

So glad we discovered Sierra Socks!
This is honestly the only product we have found that works well for my daughter. Once we discovered them, that's all we buy for her footwear. She uses a wheelchair and has multiple medical issues, and the stretchy-ness and flexibility of the diabetic socks are just what she needs.

Timely shipping
Timely shipping. The product is one I have been searching for a long time, although has some room for improvements. I needed the material to be cotton or mostly cotton. I needed it to be a lighter material & non-binding. I like the socks, but they could have just a tiny bit more cushioning. They are pretty thin for winter wear in WI. Also because they are so thin, they wear out quickly. They end up in the garbage as the material wears out & there are holes in the bottom. If I could find the same sock with just a little more thickness & still be non-binding & made of cotton it would be a big win for me.
