Katastrophe. Die Lieferung dauert über 4 Wochen. Kommt direkt aus China. In ekligem Plastik geliefert. Die Ware ist Synthestik pur. Fasst sich fies an und trägt sich unangenehm. Glatte Lüge und Irreführung auf der Website, dass 4.7 Sterne vorliegen. Der Kragen der Hemden ist kein Kent und ist nicht Business tauglich. Rückgabe funktioniert nicht. Mails werden kategorisch nicht beantwortet. Mail Delivery Fehler. Hätte ich mal vor Bestellung das geprüft. Miese Masche.

Slecht bedrijf.

Er wordt een verkeerde maat geleverd en vervolgens is het bedrijf niet bereikbaar. E-mails komen niet aan en op het contactformulier wordt niet gereageerd.

Dit maakt het onmogelijk om het probleem op te lossen. Zeer teleurstellende service.

Order three shirts before Christmas 2025. Zero have arrived and there has been no response to email sent inquiring about the status of the order.

Tracking mail generated for legitimacy but doesn't work. I think i will never see the money or the products ...

Update: i recieved the shirts finally, and i confirm they are shit, please don't buy ! The belt usable but meh !!

They claim to help customers via their email info -@ - wearvicci.com but when you email them, the email bounces back. Postmaster (outlook) declines this address. There is no way you can return the product this way. Total SCAM. I payed with Klarna so i'm trying to figure out how to not-pay this.

It was an impuls purchase via instagram. learned it the hard way unfortunately.

Several months ago I ordered some shirts from vicci wear, but I never received my order, trying to contact the store since then but with no success. You tell me .. What do you call someone that you pay to purchase a product but you never received your order

Total scam, other reviews say enough, im also going to add, if you do end up buying it dont rely on the 30 day return as it doesnt exist... emails bounce just take the product and do your research in the future :)

Vicci is a SCAM!

These are scammers, I ordered in Christmas when they had a buy one get one free and paid. After 2 weeks they sent me absolutely something else with such cheap looking quality that looked like nothing from what was advertised. I sent an email to their listed support email and it bounced because they list a support email domain “@vicci.com”

Totally fake site, scammers and website isn’t their domain, I thought it might’ve been a mistake so I sent to the email of their actual domain “@wearvicci.com” and it also bounced. Then I searched online and saw review that they are a fake company! Should have did my online research beforehand.

Website has fake reviews and totally false info.

DON’T BUY FROM VICCIWEAR!! Fake and scammers!

I ordered three shirts for Christmas, when they arrived I thought I got three plastic bags. They was ugly and the material was garbage. Now when I try return them they don’t answer.

It's a scam. The items look nothing like the website.

Cheap fabric and not at all as advertised. On the website it says it should only take 5-7 business days to receive orders, but it almost took a full month before I got my order. And I was so very disappointed to see that the shirts were in such a bad quality.

They don't have active support emails and they don't respond to any message or contact.
They advertise one product and send a completely different one of terrible quality, no comparison to what was advertised.
When I tried to return it, I discovered it was a SCAM and lost my money.
They have fake Trustpilot Score.

Poor quality, not as advertised, lists a 4.5 on website - long delivery time and impossible to contact after the fact

Delivery timing was nowhere near accurate, website said 5-7 days, it took over 2 weeks. When I received the shirts, they were of very bad quality and do not look the same as what's displayed on the site. Stitching is not straight and the collar is a weird shape. The page also gives 2 different pieces of advice, at the top it says it can be tumble dried and at the bottom it says it can't.

They sell every bad quality stuff, yodel courier barely makes it. Suggest you pay the extra 4£ for delivery ''protection".
Shirts smell like hot plastic, actually wrinkle, coming with wrinkles, the white ones might come yellowed already!
And in top of that they shamelessly say they have 4.7/5 here on trustpilot, they wish! I wouldn't buy anything from them again.

I ordered shirts from Vicci as a gift, paid extra for express delivery, and expected fast, reliable shipping. Their website makes it look like orders are sent quickly, possibly even from the UK.

After hearing nothing for over two weeks, I finally received tracking — only to discover my order was shipped via CJPacket from China!!! using ordinary international shipping. This is not express delivery and was never made clear at checkout.

To make things worse, they have not replied to a single one of my emails. No updates, no support, nothing!!

This entire experience feels completely misleading. I paid for a service I didn’t receive, my gift is delayed by weeks, and the company refuses to communicate.

Extremely disappointing — borderline fraudulent behaviour.
I would not recommend ordering from them at all.
Avoid at all costs! Save yourself the stress, worry, money and time! AVOID!!
