Adam Lydall from WebCreation expertly and patiently guided me through designing my professional services website. I was uncertain about many aspects of the design and regularly I changed my mind often, however I am incredibly grateful to Adam for overseeing the project. Although, it's true the design team are located in the UK, Adam seemed to have a strong technical background and was able to make amendments while having me on the phone and he gave me several options for logo design which saved precious time. I actually apologised several times for wasting their time and not once did I feel that I was becoming burdensome. And the cost? It was in the hundreds where as I had other quotes providing less pages that amounted to in the tens of thousands. Let me reiterate that, WebCreationAu created an outstanding website for me in six weeks for 10% the cost of their competitors. I had a deadline in mind and they handed over the site to me the day before. So what if the design team is based in the UK and one might have to wait 24 hours before getting a reply back from overseas? Adam is based in Sydney and is diligent in taking notes, clarifying, providing examples and leaving nothing to chance. I am so impressed and Adam Lydall and WebCreationAu have a solid customer from me for life.

Not only did they deliver an unfinished website which they are holding all of my back end credentials so that I can’t move my website to a different company to try and save.

They keep telling me I need to pay them more money if I want my credentials. I have sadly already spent literally thousands with them.

I wish I had done my research as it turns out they're not even an Australian business and are located in the UK

It is clear that I’m not the only one who has been scammed by these people and my story is so similar to everyone else’s who has written a review about webcreationau.com online on other websites.
