I worked with WebCreatorsHub to develop my website, and things started off very well. They were responsive, helpful, and made revisions as needed. However, as we got close to the final stages, communication began to fall apart. They became harder to reach, started missing appointments, and eventually stopped responding altogether.

I tried contacting Diego multiple times by phone, text, email, and Instagram, but I haven’t received any response. I had already made my final payment, yet I was never given the WordPress login credentials. After all the effort put into this project, I now have to start over with a new developer and take a financial loss.

This has been my experience, and I think it’s important for others to be aware. Diego, if you see this, please reach out, what happened here was not fair.

Recently, I took services from Web Creators Hub for my website maintenance. The team is very responsive within minutes, fixes bug, and updates my website. After that, my website runs more efficiently and effortlessly, significantly improving my customer pool.

SCAM ARTISTS

I hired this company in 2024 to overhaul and design my company websites. They promised 4-6 weeks for completion. It dragged out for months. I finally told them to launch without it being 100% complete as it was impacting my business.

It took months more before they finalized simple things I pointed out to them directly and was promised it would take "5 minutes" and yet nothing for days and weeks for each issue. I ended up getting only a fraction of the full job done before ending it.

Against my better judgment I also let them host the new site figuring they couldn't mess that up. Well, now my site is showing up as "account suspended" because of technical difficulties on their end.

Every time I call, no answer. Live chat, no response, email, nothing. I finally get in touch with someone only to be informed that the site files are completely lost and cannot be restored.

They offered to redo the site for free, I instead demanded a refund. They agreed, but would only send it if I removed any negative reviews and signed a document claiming they fulfilled their services, ie blackmailed me. But they lied and never sent the refund.

This company is a scam. They have additional numbers posted on other sites that either no longer work or are not associated with their company, and when you check their address on Google maps there is zero sign of their business. All the 5-star reviews never mention the sites actually built for these folks, all of the reviewers have only 1 review posted, and most of the reviews have broken English. The company is not even registered in the state of Illinois.

The site they are supposedly hosting is visionarycomics which is still showing up as suspended. If you've been ripped off I would encourage you to post negative reviews as that seems to be the only thing to motivate them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

PS They tried to have this removed on false accusations of it being illegal. They failed.

Don’t deal with this company they offered me an Amazon FBA store for US$400 I changed my mind and wanted a Shopify store then wanted another US100.
They told him about the 100% guaranteed refund, they said there’s no refund in the contract
They did agreed to give me US$350 so now they have US$750 of my money.
All their after is money don’t deal with them now I’m out US$750 no website no Shopify store
Buyer beware they’ll rip you off
