This purchase was all fine. However, your website comes up via the RHS when searching for bougainvillea, so, after phoning to confirm, I purchased a voucher for £25 as a Christmas present. When it was getting nearer the right time of year, I phoned several times to check availability and didn't get a very friendly or helpful reaction. So I bought lavender instead!

Such a shame as let down by Card Payments. They took two amounts out for same goods and it was days apart. Only noticed today, thought purchasing on Card would be in trusted hands. Real shame as we always buy from there and eat there

Bought the Olive tree as a birthday present. Web Garden Centre and the Delivery company were good in communicating the arrival date and time. It was delivered in good in condition and taller than I expected so very pleased with purchase.

The plant arrived healthy, although the leaves were spotted as they'd been sprayed (with muddy water?). It was obviously well established, but had been cut back on one side, so was unshapely. Not a major problem, as I want it for cooking, not display, but I wonder why it was cut that way. Nevertheless, an apparently healthy, well established plant.

Delivery took over a week and the box appeared to have been opened. Nice plant though - very glad it wasn’t more tender otherwise it may have died in transit.
