Disgraceful
I hired them for social media marketing a month ago. Since the page creation they still haven't delivered the monthly posting plan for a review and are not receiving my calls. I have paid $750 to them and they simply do not know the value of hard earned money!

Chris and Toni did a good job with my logo design. It took longer than expected, but I'm picky and they were patient with me. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. For the price, it's an excellent value and well worth the money...

Overall good experience
Toni was very personable and worked well with my very VERY difficult schedule. I, being illiterate to all this web stuff, did not understand some of the after costs, hosting, etc and was not told of this at the onset. This was not anything Toni did, he had no idea it was never explained to me. I suggest you always have this conversation BEFORE passing off to the tech. A tech should be able to just do their job and not deal with customers that were not informed of those other costs. Always assume the customer/consumer does not know.
