Prompt and knowledgeable support via the live chat even late at night, even though as a small charity with the cheapest plan, we are a pretty low value customer for them.
Not like some providers I used in the past where the support is slow in responding and the helpdesk agents are clueless about the problems and need to refer to their supervisors.
Has been very reliable so far. Price is reasonable too.
Just wondering - is Effendy a real person or just the generic name used by your support chat profile? 😁
