Stole several of our videos without permission. Will not remove video that was taken without permission, despite what their site says. Their refusal to remove a video shows they are absolutely NOT a "search engine," as search engines let you flag to not index your pages to begin with(something we take advantage of due to the population we work with), and listen to removal requests.

Not sure how they get access to your webinars, but before you know it, they send you an email stating that your webinar is posted on their site for visibility ???
The cover themselves stating that you can easily remove your content, but no one authorized this in the first place!!
They do not deserve any stars…
They do not deserve any stars whatsoever! Extremely unethical practices. They joined my Zoom meetings/webinar under false pretenses of being an individual, were totally silent and non responsive during the meeting, and then recorded my content without permission!
How is this getting 5 stars? It steals
We had a registration-only Zoom event. Luckily we noticed that no one knew one of the attendees, and removed them. By the end of the day the first five minutes of our event were online with this company, stolen, without permission from us or the attendees. Please check EACH PERSON in your Zoom event, as Zoom cannot do anything about it (and seems perplexed about why we would expect them to) so you have to save yourself.
This is a scummy, scammy business with zero redeeming qualities, but no stars are not an option.
TRUSTPILOT, you should out them.
This Company Secretly Records & Posts Your Zoom Content Without Consent
Webinartv sent a bot (or a person with a fake first & last name) to register for a Zoom meeting that was supposed to be ONLY for family members whose loved ones have a specific medical diagnosis. "Leona" registered and claimed to be the parent of a patient, and accepted all the terms. Then "Leona" *secretly* recorded our meeting, which was not intended to be public. The content was then posted on their website. (According to a new article from 404 Media, they also use your content for an AI slop broadcast.) This is definitely unethical and probably illegal. Participants in a Zoom meeting that required preregistration should have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Scammers and thieves
This company entered a professional community Zoom meeting I was in, under false pretenses, recorded it with no one knowing, and then posted it. It wasn’t even a webinar! just a business meeting and discussion.
Deeply unethical, uses deceptive methods to steal content
Deeply unethical. As others here, I hosted a private Zoom call that required registration, they sent a bot that I didn't pick up as it had a fake name and email and appeared to be a person. It made me suspicious as it didn't turn video or mic on. Afterwards I got an email from "Sarah Blair" to say that they'd recorded the "webinar" and put it on their website! Not only without consent, but through deliberately deceptive methods. It had everyone's faces, their names where they'd introduced themselves etc. What's more, the owner of the site is here posting fake reviews of their own product. Saying that you allow people to "remove" their videos is against every principle of consent, not least because lots of those people won't get their spammy emails, because they are rightly being directed to spam folders as the one to me was. Should be shut down.

Recorded our content without consent
Like most everyone else here, they recorded our webinar without our consent or permission. They have since posted our content on their own website, again without our consent or permission. Their take-down process is both complex and unresponsive. Our content is intended to provide help and healing for survivors of abuse, and their actions can result in harm to those same survivors.
100% Scam Artists!
This organization is simply a scamming organization - no validity in what they do whatsoever. They have stolen Zoom meetings from our organization on more than one occasion and then called us to sell our own meeting back to us. Don't be fooled! Don't just take my word for it. Do some Google searches!
This company stole our link to our zoom…
This company stole our link to our zoom meeting, and tried to charge us to see the meeting again. It was a private meeting that should never have been recorded. What a terrible invasion of privacy and they should be ashamed of themselves.
Unauthorized recording and publication of a non‑recorded registered meeting
I hosted a free, registered Zoom meeting for my community. Prior to the session, I explicitly stated that the meeting would not be recorded. This is a requirement under my Aria Breath Instructor licensing agreement, which permits live delivery only and prohibits any form of recording, storage, or redistribution.
Despite this clear instruction, an individual using Webinar.tv recorded the meeting without my consent and without the consent of the attendees, who were also captured in gallery view. This session was not a webinar; it was a registered meeting, and no recording was authorised at any stage.
The unauthorized recording was subsequently made public, creating a potential breach of:
- My licensing agreement
- Copyright protections
- Participant privacy and data protection obligations
I managed to remove said recording using their 'remove button'. This incident raises significant concerns regarding the platform’s handling of user privacy, consent, and compliance with data protection standards.
I noticed a user email in the registration @readyisp.xyz I assume it is Mr Chen who recorded it.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.
I recieved an email from Sarah Blair stating they took my 'webinar' with intent to use it!
Recorded a webinar without permission and posted it on the internet.
Webinartv recorded a private Zoom workshop and posted it for free on the internet without permission. I did not consent to this nor did any of the other attendees.

Stole content from a seminar (copyrighted material protected by law!), recorded video, and hosted on their platform.
Unauthorised recording
Like many of the reviewers, we have had the experience of them managing to record an online meeting which they have published to the internet.
Accessed a private webinar and stole content
My company hosted a private webinar. Somehow webinartv gained access to the private event, recorded it, and uploaded the entire conference for free on their website. We do not know how they were able to get in. Very scary.
Stealing private content
They stole a private webinar I gave on Zoom and published it without my consent, they refuse to take it down!
Logged into my organization's Zoom under false pretenses and took and published screenshots and personal names without permission
They logged into my organization's Zoom meeting under false pretenses and took screenshots, personal names and possibly video without permission and published it on their website.
Illegally recorded and distributing my content
This company illegally recorded and is distributing my content.
Beware who registers for your meetings. It was definitely screen recorded because any recording of the event I distribute is DRM-protected.
