One of the best decisions we made for our business was hiring Web Neon's. Adam Levi was professional, creative and really listened to what we wanted. The website he built is stunning and actually performs well. our analytics show people staying longer and contacting us more. Huge improvement from our old site.
This is a scam. A fraud. Do not send this company any money. They will not deliver product as described, stall website completion, and instead will try to fool you into sending them thousands more for other services that are not neither needed or wanted.
I had to go through a lengthy fraud claim process to get my money back, they threatened me once I reported them.

First, I want to explain why I only gave four stars: my project took much longer than I had anticipated. Some of the delay was on my end, but part of it was also due to how busy the team was. At times, I worked with different people and had to re-explain my ideas more than once, which was frustrating. However, once Jessica was assigned to my project, everything improved significantly. She went above and beyond, even putting in overtime, and remained consistent, attentive, and determined to make sure I was satisfied with the final result. Jessica is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I truly appreciated her dedication and would gladly work with her again.
