Great communication & customer service
I was hesitant mailing in phones to a company I had never dealt with because I felt like there was no way to ensure that I would be paid for the devices I was sending. I liked the constant communication getting a notification every step of the way, it made me feel comfortable dealing with them. Was slightly disappointed at one phone being changed from flawless to good because of tiny scratches but that is a valid reason anyway. Overall I would not hesitate to do business with this company in the future! 🙏🏼

Not a great experience, not horrible either
They were offering the most so I decided to give them a try. I sent them a device in flawless condition and was told it had a small scratch on it. It didn’t when I sent it, so who knows what happened while it sat around in their facility while waiting to be inspected. It took 6 days AFTER delivery. They said people were sick so it happens. The communication was appreciated while waiting. They offered a lot less which I initially declined. However, if I wanted it back, I would need to send them a label or pay for the insurance on the return shipping (otherwise they would only send it back with budget shipping). I took the lower offer and they sent payment quickly after that. So it could have been worse. Lesson learned… I will go back to using the more reputable companies out there. I’ve never had any issues like this with the more well-known trade-in companies.

When we return, we can only insure the package up to $100 free of charge, we are unable to purchase the full insurance because they are very expensive.
Per your valuable feedback, we will consider record the entire process to show how we open the package and inspect the device.

Just be aware that they will pick on the tiny scratches that is not even obvious and grade the phone as good instead of flawless. I took the offer and wish they paid more
