We Burns It Avis

I met John at the British Shooting Show 2026 and what can I say… he is a lovely bloke easy to talk to and very welcoming! John did a perfect job of engraving my dog onto my Yeti bottle and I was speechless with how amazing it looks! It’s already gotten so many compliments and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for engravings! I’ll definitely be coming back for more!! Thank you John!

What can I say about We Burns It? From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Communication was fast and responsive, the logo design was absolutely perfect, and I truly appreciated being shown the step-by-step process along the way. Knowing that he also serves military personnel makes it even better. Veterans helping veterans—doesn’t get any sweeter than that.

What fantastic service and customer care from start to finish. The finished product way out did my expectations and the person who received it as a gift was blown away! Thank you !!

Brilliant Job on 2 yeti ramblers that came out so well.

Really easy to get in touch with. Fast response. Had an image idea for a yeti bottle. Communication with vendor was easy. Item was ready and dispatched well within the stated 3-4 weeks. Really pleased with the item as it's a leaving gift for a colleague.

I requested a fully engraved wrap for a Yeti bottle, and John's assistance was invaluable in both finding the bottle and guiding me through the design process. His communication was excellent throughout the entire experience. I am thrilled with the final result! I will certainly turn to John's expertise again in the future.

John's service was spot on - from flash to bang.
Thank you.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end! John couldn’t do enough to ensure his fit the design and result I was looking for! He was so tolerant of my stupid questions and ideas and delivered an awesome gift for my partner - I’ll be back for more!!!

John has gone out of his way to meet requirements and is always on hand for advice and support

Great communications! Great product!

Great service from first contact to my item being delivered back to me. I would highly recommend We Burns It to anyone looking for customisation.

Absolutely outstanding service from We Burns It. They created a fully personalised Yeti mug for my wife as a Christmas gift, and it was genuinely perfect. The level of detail in the laser engraving was excellent, and the finished product exceeded expectations.

The mug was incredibly well received by my wife, and every friend who has seen it has commented on how good it looks. You can clearly tell a lot of care and pride goes into their work. From the quality of the engraving to the overall finish, it was first class.

I would not hesitate to recommend We Burns It to anyone looking for high-quality, personalised laser engraving. I will definitely be using them again.

So helpful every step of the way. Really lovely work. Highly recommend John and his hard work.

I have had a good number of pieces engraved through We Burns It and I plan on ordering many more. From excellent communication through to quick process to a great quality product at the end, everything is top notch.

John was super helpful in talking through designs and then producing some amazing engravings for some yeti tumblers as wedding gifts and a birthday present. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and We Burns It to anyone looking for an engraving service.

Top quality work, really happy with the result. Would definitely recommend for engraving.

I messaged WBI yesterday!

I’d left it last minute to get a gift, despite the short notice he managed to not only get it done the next day for me despite his large workload, he also created the design from scratch.

The workmanship is top quality, the service was excellent and he really went above and beyond when he could’ve easily said it wasn’t possible due to the time constraint.

I will 100% be using WBI again in the future and can’t recommend him enough.

Outstanding customer service and unbelievable workmanship. One of our company logos features fading letters which he reproduced faultlessly. Everyone comments about it when they see the cup.
I will certainly be getting more from We Burns It
