Jon was very helpful and pleasant. The process was easy to follow and understand. He checked my van for consistency with the initial estimate. We went on a road check, and he helped my wife and I work through the estimate, title processes, and payment process. It went smoothly and I was happy to sell the vehicle. I think the price was reasonable.
