Then there was Micheal Lynn who was top tier from start to finish, from handling what some would call a difficult customer ahead of us to my experience. He was prompt answered questions and kept us comfortable offering snacks which I thought was a great show of customer service. He kept us entertained while we waited for some things to be approved and they were approved in a timely manner. Overall changed my mind about the process of selling a car.

He then told us what the computer said it's value was and got us fair market value for the vehicle. During the whole meeting he never pressured us, was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and made the car selling process not an ordeal.
