It was good and nice and convenient I went on. I went on the app and the app told me that my car was worth. $1500 with 255,xxx miles and damage disclosed ...then I end up getting $400 for it!
Perhaps the app should include a photo option so someone could see the images prior to the visit! I was completely transparent about any issues I was aware of! Definitely not recommended to anybody else or ever go there again....... It doesn't matter how much miles or condition it is. You're gonna turn around and sell it for more than $400 that you offered.

We're sorry we couldn't quite meet your expectations on price for your 2011 Kia Sorento with 255,068 miles. No two cars are alike, and condition plays a big role in pricing a vehicle. The online valuation tool is perfect for getting an idea of what your vehicle is worth, but it's based on the limited information provided to us and does not constitute a firm offer to buy your car. Like any reputable car buyer, we have to inspect a vehicle's condition before making a firm offer. Any issues we find must be taken into consideration when making our final offer.
We take detailed notes, photos, and videos of every appointment which shows that our in-branch inspection discovered a variety of damage we were previously unaware of including upper engine noise, multiple dashboard lights illuminated, and a vehicle that would need a complete repaint due to poor previous repair. Unfortunately, these are all major ticket items that will negative impact what we can pay for a vehicle.
Our Leadership Team did reach out to you to discuss your experience and find a way to give you a positive outcome. However, we regret that you declined our offer to reconnect and restore your faith in We Buy Any Car.

Considering they bought my car in Dec then sold it to someone or dumped it in April without changing the registration. I now have fees from the county.
