The place was busy during the process but as each person came in, he greeted them, knew who they were and helped them, or politely asked them to wait. He obviously knows his job and from what I see he did it well.

The transaction at the cherry hill location was great. Very professional and efficient. The reason I give a four is due to the unjustified cancelation of my scheduled home visit the day before. I had to call to find out the appointment was cancelled. I was told I received a call and VM, but did not. No apologies provided.
