When you requested your online valuation on October 24th, our system generated an estimate based on the information you provided, which indicated no issues with the vehicle. During our professional appraisal, however, we identified several mechanical and cosmetic concerns that were not disclosed online. These included suspension noise during the test drive, prior poor repairs to the roof panel, a cracked front bumper, a dented hood, an inoperable rear window, and paint damage to the driver’s side door. Additionally, the vehicle had previously failed a safety inspection according to the Experian AutoCheck report.
We always invite our customers to join us during the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how we arrive at our final valuation. While we made a modest adjustment to our online estimate which you accepted, we’re sorry to learn that this was not a price you could feel happy about. Our goal is to be transparent and fair, and we regret that this wasn’t your experience.

This was a very convenient experience. I was satisfied with the price I was quoted and the process of selling was very easy. Remember to bring your title. After accepting the offer I was able to call my wife and have her come pick me up and by the time she got there I was ready to go.

It was Great seamless experience, Raymond arriving on time explained what was going to happen step by step. He went around the car taking pictures took for test drive input everything into his computer, came back to us with a comparable quote and next thing we had check in hand.Nice and easy now that is one less thing to worry about. Reps at both locations, Columbia (Lou) who did assessment and Frederick (Kyle) were easy to talk with and did their job professionally. Never heard of you before I got referral from local car dealership as option to sell my used vehicle. Prices were significantly higher than major 'no haggle' national used car buying company that I won't mention their name.

Hi Jo,
The online estimate was based on disclosures that the Honda was in good condition with no physical or mechanical prblems. What it did not account for was the wreck you were involved in a few days ago. During our inspection, we found the CR-V to have extensive unrepaired damage from the accident. You may want to speak to your insurance company and file a claim in the circumstances.
We will review all of the recorded phone calls to ensure our team made it very clear that the online valuation was an estimate and not an offer, but in any case, there is no way we could pay what you were expecitng for a vehicle with heavy, unrepaired damage.
I have opened a complaint for you and we will be in contact over the next couple of days to discuss the customer service provided by our team in Columbia.
